I have yet to order at the drive-thru window and actually get what I ever ordered. I wanted 4 taco Supremes with extra tomatoes... and cheese and I just asked for a no lettuce, but I wanted sour cream and grilled chicken. All I got was chicken and cheesethat's a far cry from one I ordered. I try to keep giving them the opportunity to make my order right? But every time I go it'slike the people who work there this is their first day and I know that can't be the case? You would think especially when it'snot busy which it was not I was like the second person in line, when I ordered? There's another taco place in Millington I'mjust going to start going there from now on their menu is much better and they get there orders right every time. I would love for the owner to message me about how pathetic this is. This is my second time at this location and this is... absolutely my worst experience at a taco bell I've ever had. Called to complain and get a refund as I live 20 min away andthey're making me return tomorrow. Andrea said she was a manager but wasn't very professional or polite. If it were possible i'd give a half a star due because they not only intentionally messed up my order. I asked for 3 breakfast... burritos with hashbrowns inside not sure what they were called since there was not name or picture on the menu board when i gotit i opened them cause they felt light barely if any egg 2 crumbs of sausage and no potatoes or hasbrowns. Constantly forgetting items, horrible quality items, the beef is wet for some reason???, terrible rude service most of the time,... almost never get a receipt. I've started just disputing the charges with my bank because they refuse to give out receipts sothere's no way for me to get a refund.
