4 visits this month: 1st two sandwiches had gristle in them. Yuk. 3rd visit phoned in two hrs then wait 20 min. Order was... wrong. You've gotta open the sandwiches to make sure they are prepared as you ordered because they were wrong. Today, go in andwait 20 min (they process the drive thru quicker) got home with tater salad instead of coleslaw. You have to open EVERYTHINGBECAUSE ITS NOT GOING TO BE RIGHT Read more
I eat at all of the Tops in the mid-south regularly. I always get a burger, I've never liked their BBQ. The Millington store is... by far the best. The service and food are top notch. The manager lady is friendly and seems to be very good at her job. Even theketchup is delicious and the drinks are always on point. I'd give 10 stars if possible. Read more
I spent almost $50 on my families meal. It was cold & looked like slop!!! But the nachos were a disgrace. They were mostly... stale chips. The small amount of meat was gray & covered in some kind of cold cheese spread. NEVER AGAIN!!! ???? Read more
I rarely leave a 1 star review. This may be my first! 3 cars in the drive through and it took 20 minutes to get through it. We... had to send the fries back and ask for hot fries. No problem there. Everything else was fine until I started eating my BBQsandwich. First bite I almost broke a tooth on bark. I figured it was just that one piece but I was wrong. My whole sandwich washard bark and dry. Then my hubby takes a bite...SAME thing. Then my mom and son get theirs and it's all bark also. $45 for 4combo meals made with the part they would normally throw away. Very disappointing indeed. Read more
As a Texan, we define "barbecue" a little differently, but this stuff they served was certainly delicious. The place looked... clean too. Prices looked really good at first, until I saw the meager portions. I don't think I've had better coleslaw. Theydidn't have much for vegetables available, and the night we came they were out of potatoes and apple turnovers. The menu washeavy on pig, and devoid of chicken. I had the beef brisket, which comes chopped up in a bun with coleslaw. Extra sauce is amust, as it's the cornerstone of Memphis style barbecue. Read more
