Ok service, make sure you double check to make sure they give you sauces
The pizza was awful. Too much cheese and the crust was underbaked and soggy.
The help should take note that when someone is coming in picking up an order, to not ignore them. My husband went, girl on phone... for 15 minutes and a girl in the back. Never even acknowledged he was there to help him and the pizza was already done. Read more
I honestly used to really like papa John's in millsboro but the quality has gone way down the last few months. pizza is comeing... super greasey so much grease the crust won't stay together becuse its so saturated in it. I don't know if there prepareing thecrusts and putting sausce on them ahead of time to be prepared but its not working. there is very little cheese on a extracheese pizza and the chicken poppers have becuse more fat and grizzle then actual chicken. I'd like to leave a better review butthe quality of the food would need to improve for this to happen Read more
I placed an order online for delivery and after it was confirmed, the address I had entered correctly was changed to some random... one outside of the store's delivery radius. Weird website glitch I'm guessing? I was just about to call the store to explain andwithin like a minute of placing the order I received a call from the manager about the issue. I explained the situation whichwas easily solvable, however he went on to tell me that the store currently had no drivers in and that they were being forced touse Doordash for every order. He was very honest and apologetic about the issue and let me know that I may be waiting for hoursto receive my order. I wanted to write this review because I just really appreciated the service and honestly of the manager andhopefully he is appreciated as an employee! He was extremely helpful and I'm so glad he didn't just fix the address issue andlet me ruin my night waiting for a pizza for hours. He was very professional and polite but I could hear the stress in his voiceand he seemed to be genuinely doing his best to resolve the store's issues. Read more
After calling 3 different Domino's that wouldn't deliver to our location, I was referred to Papa John's by one of the managers... at one of the Domino's. I was told that this manager would NEVER eat Domino's and raved about the sauce and garlic butter thatPapa John's have. It was more expensive but it definitely hit the spot. Love the pumpkin shaped pizza for October and the driverwas extremely nice and personable. Will definitely order again! Read more
Liked the thin crust pizza, easy to order over the phone
