I don't expect the best service in a fast food restaurant, but it was poor enough that I am actually writing a review. I paid... for food that was made wrong and (paid for the extras on it), and when I went to the counter to inquire about it. I work in CSand I'm not a horrible human. I was gentle and not confrontational. When I asked the employee at the register if she coulddouble check the receipt they had just to make sure I did order right, pay for it, and it was just an error; while she huffedand rolled her eyes, another employee not 15 feet away who was making food starting saying how "that wasn't on the order" andtalking about me with other staff members right in front of my face. The girl at the counter was annoyed and didn't understandwhat the point was. Well, you made my food wrong (which mistakes happen, though after reading the reviews it appears to be amajor issue), furthermore I paid extra for these items. Anyway, something as simple as listening to the customer who is calmand not complaining but simply asking to double check (and possibly refund me for the variance) it didn't happen. The manager(I presume) came over and was tolerant but annoyed and verified I did order and pay as I had thought. Instead of offering arefund only in the amount of what I paid for and didn't not receive; it was just we'll make them again. I thanked them fortheir "help" and said it wasn't about getting extra food or even having it remade, it was about just not wanting to pay forsomething I didn't get. Regardless, they were rude and short with me. I told them I wouldn't be comfortable with the staffremaking my food as they were standing in earshot making comments. A simple adjustment and only for what I didn't get was all Ineeded. I didn't ask for not get an apology. This is why service matters. I don't care if a mistake was made, it's how it'scorrected. Update. 8/8/22. Got a party pack and one of the tacos had a freaking fly in it.no way did their worker not see it before they... wrapped it. If they took any meat out there wouldn't have been any. Read more

Horrible, girl at window was an absolute nightmare. No cars on lot should have been a red flag to run; many others obviously had... bad experiences and won't return. Read more

42 minutes to get my beloved tacos. Hire more people train better. I don't know what the issue is. I understand it's busy during... tourist season. Waiting 40 min for my fast food is really sad. Read more

To start, I'm not a meat-eater (by choice) so I specified that at the beginning. I hadn't had the Mexican Pizza in over a... decade, so I opted to try it for lunch (see receipt attached) including a MexiMelt (if we're throwing back, let's do it all theway; I had to tell the young woman how to make that, which she obliged.) The Mexican Pizza I first received had BEEF on it (seecircled photo) so I sent it back to be remade. No apology, just acknowledged w/ an "ok" and remade w/ a "Here you go." MyCrunchy Tacos were made w/ black beans but NOT Supreme (as indicated by the receipt.) I walked back up, showed the receipt andthe items, I was handed a side of tomatoes & a side of sour cream to "fix it up how [I] you want," instead of them all remade.The woman in glasses walked to the back, and laughter was heard after I walked away. After trying the fixed pizza & tacos, Irealize it doesn't have the charm it once had, and neither do the standards Taco Bell once held for their dining room (seecircled photo of peeled away wallpaper.) Horrible food. Taco Bell always had the Best Mexican Pizza. Since TB came back. It was so horrible. Staff was all sitting... there eating Domino's Pizza. The manager sitting at a table having a conversation on her lap top . Everyone annoyed by thevolume. When we first arrived the front counter was not staffed. Your asking for photos. This place was dirty,tables notcleaned food on the floors. Thus place needs new staff. Read more

Third time in a row I ask for no tomato's due to allergies, I get tomatoes. Now they are not even giving me what I order. Not... worth gas to drive back even thou missing 75% of my damn order. Read more
