Waited in Parking lot for over 30 min until it opened. Went for dinner on 9/16 to celebrate our 54 wedding anniversary. Seated... at a table and waited while everyone arrived was was seated around us. Everyone was getting served as we sat for 35 min when Isaw Betsy, training with Kathy. I told Betsy to tell some one we now have been there 40 minutes. I then went up to the personup front and said we do not have a waitress. They put us at a table and left. Kathy and Betsy apologized and said there was amix up with servers. Placed our order around 4:55pm. My husband ate his dinner which was Sirloin Steak which he said was overcook and dry and I ate a half of salad and I explained ?I hope the rest of my year with my husband was not going to be as badexperience as we just had. Paid bill and tip and thanked Kathy and Betsy for their service. We will never go back to that TeasRoadhouse again. I had a great dinner at this Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the grilled bbq chicken combo, which included the chicken, ribs, a side... salad, and mashed potatoes. Everything tasted very good. I also enjoyed the overall southern, country atmosphere that everyTexas Roadhouse has. The rustic decor, country music playing in the background, and homestyle bbq food are all part of theexperience. The prices are also pretty low considering all the food I got. This place definitely gets my full recommendation. Read more
Service was great! Our server was on top of everything. Food could have been better. The cooks should learn to cook steak. You... would think being a steakhouse they would be experts at it. I and my other table party asked our steaks to be cooked medium andit came out borderline raw/medium rare. I don?t like to hassle the staff so I ate it. My other table mate sent it back to becooked more. The chili was lukewarm too. Other than the long wait to get seated(-1 star) and food(-1 star) it was good. Read more
The prime rib is Delicious, but so is everything else on the menu. Order a side salad - their dressings are homemade and really... good. We are locals to the area and you can?t get a better meal. Service has always been good. Read more
I have a gluten allergy and I can always find something on their menu to eat here. I love the atmosphere and if you are alone... the bar is always open for loners that's where I eat most of the time. Texas Roadhouse got it going on here and no girl bringyour family and friends. Read more
Put our name in on the website an hour before we got there and went right in. No wait. We were sat at a table for 8 when there... were only 2 of us (it even had a table pushed up to the booth with two chairs that we had to climb over to get in) Drinks weregood. Cactus blossom unfortunately had the outer shell of the onion left on so we were picking pieces of it out of our mouthssince you couldn?t tell as they were all covered with batter. Our appetizer and salads came out so quickly, then we waited over15 minutes for our entrees. By the time they were delivered, we were full. So ended up taking the dinners home for the next day.Then we waited an extended time for our check to be delivered. But the dancing that they do in the aisle is fun andentertaining! Read more
Service was good but their idea of med cooked steak and mine are not the same. We had to wait over an hour. That was a little... disappointing. But we wanted steak so we waited. Read more
