I will not be coming back to this location to eat. We have been there a couple of times and it was good. But we had a manager... come up to us cause we were on our phones and asked us if we were taking pics of the staff. Like really? Why would we take picsof your staff? I think Grotto's produces one of the most underrated pies around. The thin Tuscan meat pizza was very flavorful and I enjoyed... what tasted like ricotta mixed with the mozzarella. The mozzarella sticks on the other hand tasted like they were microwaved anddefinitely need to be nixed or rethought. I enjoyed the local craft beer offerings, including local brewer Mispillion. It's veryimportant that local establishments serving beer work with local breweries that make beer so that hard work goes back into thecommunity's coffers. Read more
Other locals sometimes talk trash about this place, but when you move away for ten or fifteen years, then come back, you realize... how great it really is. This location specifically has a great selection of on-tap beer, clean facilities, clean tables, superfriendly staff, and you can get pizza by the slice. A+ Read more
This is what we picked-up. Of course, would have taken it back in had we known of this doughy, scrambled pizza. So sad as I?ve... been coming here as a kid. This place is always amazing. Great food. Great customer service. Great waitresses. You can get their famous pizza which is... amazing. When we arrived it was horribly loud and cold, I actually did not want to stay. The cheese fries came out and the were... smothered in fake liquid cheese & the fries were not crispy. I must say the Onion Rings were spectacular and the pizza was muchbetter than I expected. Our server was wonderful just sweet as can be. If it were more of a comfortable environment I would rateit higher. It was in the bar section, not the restaurant due to the time, keep that in mind. We traveled in from Virginia and stopped by for some food. Our server Jessica, was the best server we have had anywhere in... years! She was personable, friendly, and attentive! I have been coming to Grotto?s for many years as a family tradition andalways enjoy it but Jessica took the entire experience to another level! We will most definitely be back. Read more
