For the past month. Wawa, no matter the location has screwed up the online order. I would rather do a zero in stars. Had to go... to 3 locations and get told "we can't do your order for we didn't get your order". Yet can show proff of online order and showproff of payment. Then get told can't do refund, get told there nothing I can do about it. Yet get 1 item and pay over $50 forthe whole order. The wawa in Rehoboth and long neck is no longer a reasonable place to do online order for. Read more
Normally have a decent time with this location cause I really only get gas. Ordered on the app. When I went in the 1st time to... pick up my order noticed I was missing things and went back in, stood in line to show them I got what I was missing and noonepaid attention to whatever was blasting a loud continuous beep behind the self check out registers. Got home and the person Igot the BLT for opened the sub and it was ONLY bacon cheese and mayo. Called to tell them and the guy on the phone said we areout of lettuce and tomato. Not sure why out of the 2 times I was in that they saw my order noone informed me this! Still missingthe chips in the order as well! Read more
We often stop by the Long Neck store for gas and goodies. Today, while waiting for a deli order, I watched an employee helping... an older gentleman use an order screen. I was impressed how very kind and patient she was with this gentleman. Thank you,Mari! Read more
Stopped to picked up chicken strips, which are usually really good. Tonight they hid the burnt ones in the bottom, so 3 of 5... were burnt. First day of no plastic bags in Delaware which is fine, but they don't offer any bag (unless you're Door Dash) foryour food order. When I asked had a rude cashier tell me no bags per state law...my comment so why does McDonald's and all otherfood places have paper bags for their customers. Won't be getting anymore food from Wawa. Get it together folks. Read more
This Wawa is awesome and Amanda is awesome! She was friendly and fun! The other cashier was also super friendly and fun! AND I... was super glad that there was lots of Sizzlis and hash browns ready to go! Lots of Wawa's I experience that the displays aremostly empty and it is frustrating to them have to go order something. Not here!! Tons of selection!! Read more
It's great place to go especially when you're on a road trip you can get goodies food hot/cold drinks and other snacks on your... way to your destination. They also have great cigarette prices if you're a smoker. Read more
