I ordered their Monday about 2:30-2:50 ish and the lady that answered the phone was so sweet so nice. I loved her hospitality, I... only had repeat my order to her once. And when I picked my food up she was smiling she repeat my order to me. I asked her for amenu she said their was none that I would have to go online or take a pic. But the food was good, I love their boneless garlicparmesan I made this a 3 star after I found out she no longer works their , I?m going miss her. The last time me my mother my grandfather and cousin ordered from you we had gotten sick idk if it was your chicken or the... grease you used but we all got sick from it.... don't get me wrong I use to live in Philadelphia and the wings to go there is100% better then the long neck location.... and also the service at the Philadelphia location is alot more friendlier andattentive on how to cook their food..... oh and byw they treat their employees with respect..... and no I'm not an employee Iwas a customer I was simply stating that I use to order from the Philadelphia location.... and yes I have ordered from yourstore and no I will not take ny review down people wanted honest reviews then be respectful. Don't waste your money we bought 16 wings they looked like they belong to pigeons they were so small over cooked. French fries... were overly salted. We were the only ones in the place order traditional wings and received boneless. Had to wait for a re dueand they forgot are bleu cheese dressing and celery. Left hungry. While on my way to work I made a last minute decision to get some wings to eat. Since Wings 2 Go was nearby I stopped by and... ordered some traditional Lemon pepper wings. This was the second time visiting this location, the first time wasn't the bestbut I figured that it was either a new employee or just a bad day. This time around the server asked if I wanted dry or wetwings I ordered wet expecting my wings to be dripping with sauce....WRONG. After opening the container the wings not only lookeddry and over cooked but they were swimming in grease, after bitting into wing #1 the hardness due to being overcooked if you'renot careful it hurts the roof of your mouth when trying to chew,. I will never spend any of my money with this franchise everagain because quality of food obviously is not the top priority. Read more
