Didn't expect much, was still expecting too much. They were out of the bread I chose and was told they "pretty much only have... white". This location states that they are open until 9pm onlime which was verified by the business within the last week. When I got... there at 8:25 the lights were off and one of two employees came out from the back and said they were closed but have to stayuntil 9pm to close the register, very disappointed. Read more
I will avoid this place like the plague! Supposed to be open till 9:00 pm. I went in at 1:30 in the afternoon. The lady... behind the counter said she was closed....in a not very pleasant way. I asked why and she said I have stuff to do, and then shewalked away. Nice, huh? This is a big "hell no" for me. I was once a small business owner and this is absolutely the worstway to treat paying customers. If I owned that place she would have been fired on the spot. This is just my opinion. Finally received decent service at this location! Each and every time I?ve been to this specific subway the employees have been... rude or unprofessional. See previous posts. We didn't get her name but the girl working tonight @ 8:00 pm on 9-5-21 deserves a big fat raise! Lord bless her because she was... all by herself and running out of multiple items but handled it all professionally and as quickly as she possible! The customer service is TERRIBLE. The guy behind the counter was rude and when I asked if he would put marinara sauce on my... sandwich he said yeah I guess. My husbands sandwich was cold even tho it was toasted and the guy just slapped all theingredients on both sandwich?s and then was rude about us ordering a large drink.
