It?s one of the best I?ve ever had in US. Ice Cream Flavours were very delicious ???? Try Chocolate Fudge Truffle. Also Try... Chocolate with (Brownies as Topping) And My all time Classic Flavour is Plain Vanilla with Chocolate Chips as Topping. Locationis also good, you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze. The place isn?t clean and most of the employees don?t wear gloves. We got two milkshakes both were disgusting, we had no choice... but to throw them out. We gave this Cold Stone location a few chances, and each time have been disappointed, definitely won?t begoing back. Read more
Cold Stone Creamery is pretty premium for ice cream. The ice cream is infused with any toppings that you would normally put on... top of your ice cream so every bite can have bit of what you've created yourself or if you got one of the preset creations. Ihave tried their Reeses creations in the past and highly recommend it. One of the issues I had with my visit was the lack ofcare to making sure the order was complete. I had placed an order for The Mighty Pink Puff in a Gotta Have It size and thecashier immediately left to make my order but that wasn't the end of my order, usually places ask "Is there anything else?" orat the very least a small pause so I could say the next part of my order. When he went to ring me up, I had to tell the cashierthat wasn't my only order so I put in the order for the Island Getaway, again, he left without confirming the size with me so Ihad to catch up with him before he started making the order to make sure it was the Love it size. The Mighty Pink Puff came outas advertised, Strawberry lce Cream, Strawberries, Mini Marshmallows & Caramel. Every bite had a little of everything and isn'tnormally a combo you would find at other ice cream shops as the toppings are infused rather than put on top. However, IslandGetaway is supposed to be Chocolate Ice Cream, Strawberries, Banana & Whipped Topping. Everything was there except the whippedtopping which is disappointing that the order was wrong. Was still a good creation but it probably would've been even better ifit had the whipped topping that was advertised. Another thing to note was there was a piece of pineapple in the island getaway,an ingredient that isn't supposed to come on it, to us it wasn't a big deal, however, this could be a big deal to someone withallergies to anything as there can be cross contamination. This location also has outdoor seating so if it's too cold insidethe Cold Stone you have an alternative option to enjoy your ice cream. Read more
This is by far the worst place we ever been to. The manager has a real bad attitude. He skims off the amount of ice cream... served. He tells his employees to use less ice cream for shakes. The staff is extremely friendly and nice! Ice cream is great! I got a German chocolate cake and it was fabulous. My mom tried to... get a modified version and they accidentally gave us the wrong ice cream (peanut butter instead of banana because the pb was inthe banana spot), however they told us to keep the first ice cream and made a brand new one at no extra charge. Can?t believe they have bad review on Yelp n google I can see why. they misspell Birthday in the cake . I complain to corporate... it was useless , it routed to an Indian owner and he said he will give one free ice cream. After hearing all the negative reviewI won?t be going back . Cold stone is a great franchise , all it takes is bad employee n owner to bring it down. Read more
