Horrible experience!!! Asked for a regular hot latte and got one full of sugar when I said that this is sweet the lady said that... she did not put any sugar and I have put that myself. Essentially calling me a liar for a coffee. I had to throw the coffeeaway. My other friends had a decent latte though. The one star is for the behavior of the lady. Read more
Today I was over charged for a peach passion fruit drink. First I asked her about it and she looked lost then gave me a medium... size and changed me for a large. Hmm The drink was good but still. But its okay.. just now I went to the dunkin donuts on NJ-18and got a large for $3. So it worked out at the end. Read more
This DD has gone down hill, I used to go out of my way to go here but the coffee is so watered down or bitter tasting. When I go... to the DD in Jamesburg by the park it is WAY better. I am not going to waste my money anymore. Plus their prices are higher thanother DD in the area. Read more

Terrible service!!!! I ordered 6 donuts for curb side pick up, with specific donuts to what the kids wanted and when I got home... they gave me donuts that I never ordered. I called the store 7 times no answer. When I returned back to the store, the man whowas at the register not wearing his mask and you tubing was nasty and said to me that he only had Boston cream donuts and so heput it in my order. I asked for a full refund. He credited me partial refund!!! He looked lazy and just no regard for what hedid.. he just didn't care.. Horrible customer service. I had to urgently use the restroom, which I have NEVER has an issue with at any OTHER Dunkin? location. I was going to buy... something anyway, the young man behind the counter said that the Restroom was locked and the ?manager? wouldn?t let him unlockit. I asked for the manager, her wasn?t there. I begged for some sympathy and he wouldn?t do it. Thank God Pasquale?s next doorhas decent human beings working there. There pizza is quite good as well. Read more
Normally I love the ability of going in- ordering a dozen donuts for my workers, and being in an out within a few minutes-... normally have little to no complaints or compliments for the service either way. Typical chain retailer that happens to servedonuts and coffee. However this location has some of the down right rudest people I have ever met- Carlos, told me I wasignorant and to "go die". Called corporate and never heard back. (Mind you, I had barely spoken to him as he was on his cellphone during work with his work uniform on). Please train your staff better- no one deserves to be told to "go die" from aworker. Read more
