I would've given 0 stars if possible. - The food was not as we ordered, they didn't make any modifications while we explicitly... mentioned to do so! - The Mexican pizza tasted stale, like they fried the tortillas in some very bad oil! and they didn't evencut the pizza! - They have this person who usually cleans the table and mop the floor he literally throws water(or sanitizer notsure) all over the tables and chairs and doesn't even bother properly drying them! The floor was all wet, and he does all thiseven when there is people eating! Very bad service, very bad employees' behavior! Not going back to this place in future! This has to be the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to not only is the food not prepared well but the employees and especially the... management is a joke! The employees don?t even want to be there, they rush you and give you a attitude even after they mess upyour order! when you complain to the manger they tell you it isn?t their problem and to call corporate but act all scared andwalk away when you ask for their names. What happened to this store? Was top 10 taco bells to go to and now I feel like they hit rock bottom, slow to get food, missing... items, soda is just seltzer water... where is the syrup???? Last time I was here I placed the order online to be made while I drove there, stood inside for 45 minutes waiting for my order... which wasn't even started yet. WORST tacobell ever. DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE TACO BELL LOVER. they don't prepare food with standard that Taco Bell franchise has... set. Ordered $40 worth of food with online order of Mild, Hot, and Fire sauces, 25 each. And got 0 in the bag. This Taco Bellmanager is so cheap that they don't even give sauces to save money for themselves. AVOID this restaurant at any cost even ifthey give you free food, because free food won't be worth it for your health. I don't TRUST the Manager, Chris, because hedidn't apologize and said they keep sauces in a container in the restaurant which they don't, I saw them empty. Take a look atthe pictures of the food, I don't see anything but beans on Cheesy Bean and Ricr Burrito. Chalupa SUPREME had so much beans init that it didn't taste like Chalupa. Worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. And I have tried to give them a chance, I recently moved and they are super close... to my house. The first time I went I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, I always get all of my orders supreme with steak, howeverthat day I was told that they have run out of the steak because I had order Doritos fiesta Loco?s tacos and according to themthe tacos took over the remainder of the steak they had. Since it was later in the night I let it go and I said it was OK togive me the crunch wrap supreme with ground beef but when I got home there was no ground beef or steak or anything exceptlettuce tomatoes and sour cream inside of my crunch wrap supreme. The second time I went they also ran out of steak, and theytotally forgot to include a crunchy taco and a Chalupa in my whole order which was charged and paid for and the receipt but noworries to be found within my bags. I just got home from giving them their third last chance, from now on I?ll be going to thesecond Taco Bell location closest to me which is a whole prime or minutes away but I rather a better experience. Today I realizethey had this new specialty naked chicken Chalupa taco which is a taco made out of chicken shell I specifically asked what wasit about and I was told it was a chicken shell breaded inside it was cheese guacamole or avocado tomatoes and a little bit oflettuce I ordered two of them, one for my husband and one for myself, when I started eating mine I complained that there was noavocados, and he said what avocados? there wasn?t any avocados in mines either. The rest of my tacos which I order with steak asI usually do we?re quite salty and my husband said of course they forgot the sour cream and it is constantly that they keepmessing up orders they keep messing up products they keep messing up everything and it?s a very unpleasant experience. Worst Taco Bell location. I ordered a Mexican Pizza and an order of Nacho Fries. They put more Nacho Cheese in the small cup... then they gave me fries in the box!! The Mexican Pizza was just filled with refried beans nothing else and the outside wassoggy. I asked for Sour Cream and the amount on the Mexican Pizza was less than they give you in a packet and of course I wascharged extra for that. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager about my order and all that I kept getting was a faxmachine. ????
