Called and placed a order that was around $90. Was told it would be about a hour. No big deal then called after a hour and a... half to see where my order was and was told the screen was backed up so all orders were behind. No apology nothing. The deliverydriver calls my phone doesn?t state who she is just tells me that my house is really dark. Very unprofessional and definitelynot worth the one star required to leave the review. Pizza is always good here ,can't go wrong at all, staff are friendly also never had a single issue.
I would give this store a zero, highly unrecommended. Staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Ordered delivery, not... only was it not delivered, but upon calling to inquire about the food, the gm would not give her name, and continuouslydisconnected the line of communication. I work in the food and beverage industry, and I know after working a double I did notwant to cook, but instead opted for delivery, not only did I not get my food but I was told they were short staff, and whenI called back from a different number and inquired about employment was called "sweetie" and was informed that they were nothiring. I would not recommend this place at all, people who work in the food industry should know how to deal with the public,and if they can't they shouldn't be in that industry. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 of the 3 were ok. The one that I ordered with lite sauce and extra cheese and extra mushrooms, had... almost no sauce and barely any cheese and even less mushrooms. So that was really disappointing! Read more
Do Not go there.. Horrible service for the 3rd time. I ask for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese.. Before leaving pizza... barely had any cheese. I asked the guy who gave me the pizza. So this is extra cheese? He came up with when the pizza cooks itbubbles so that's why it looks like theirs no cheese on it. Smh.. When you go inside ..it looks and the staff are veryunprofessional.. My sis went and got 3 pizzas for us, and all 3 were old and burnt. Definitely disappointing. Plus they didn?t even have change... in the register for a $50. Read more
Staff is super friendly and accommodating..the prices are too expensive for the size pizzas that are sold. They were really busy... the nite I went but we waited for at least 30 minutes after we were told 15 minutes and we got there later than the originaltime..so all in all we waited close to an hour for 1 pizza that I called ahead for and were way overcharged on top of that..usually the service isn't that bad but the prices are outrageous even with deals. It's more about the convenience of being ableto walk there than anything. Read more
