2 coffees one decaf both black. charge over $5. employee said he would have to brew the decaf i said ok. only waited a minute... which was strange. got home gave wife decaf it was barely warm and not fresh. from now on i go in Wawa and get fresh. adiosdunkin. Read more

This place is very inconsistent with the quality of the coffee and food they serve. After my order from this morning I don't... trust them to not give me food poisoning and will no longer be spending my hard earned money here Don't go through here onSaturdays because there is no Manager on duty to answer the phone or talk to in person. Also the phone number does not work soyou have to waste your time and gas to go back to the location, where there is no manager on duty, in order to find a resolutionto any opportunity you may have. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because at least 1 person has good customer service and had thedecency to refunded my $25 order. Also the overall structure of the parking lot and drive thru line make absolutely no sense.How are you going to have 1 way in and one 1 out where all of your main parking has a drive thru line in the midde of theparking lot. For a location as busy as this one , near 2 schools and small businesses, you would think they would reconsider theflow of traffic and parking. Read more

I normally come here and almost every day I come in something is wrong with my order today they gave me the wrong size I ordered... a large frozen coffee with pumpkin and oat milk . And I received a medium instead . I couldn't reorder due to having to go toschool but it's ridiculous every time I come in something it wrong with my order . Read more

Not actually open till 9pm. 830 doors were locked. There goes my kids dessert. Walked inside and the doors were locked at... 830pm. Had to go somewhere else to get dessert for them. Highly disappointed. Went through the drive thru as a last resort butwas told they were closed and they didn't have many options to select from even if i wanted to get something like that. Read more

The parking lot and drive thru traffic impacted customers ability to get in and out safely. The store was dirty with coffee... beans scattered on top of machines. Read more

The customer service is horrible. They waited several minutes to acknowledge that I was there even after the saw me standing at... the counter. They tried to offer something that I did not want. I had to acknowledge another customer behind me because they didthe same to him. I don't know how they stay open. Read more
