Service is great, food is outstanding. My ribeye was done just right. The crispy Brussel sprouts are the best and so is the fire... roasted corn on the cob. My son had the baby back ribs and it didn't take long and they were gone. He is a picky eater. All inall this was an outstanding dinner. Beats Texas Roadhouse for sure! Update: 10/21/22, still great service, still great food,their ribeyes are awesome, as noted above tgeir Brussel sprouts are the bomb. They weren't so organized. We waited for our drink until We got our meal however the meal was cooked to perfection.
Best steak dinner i had in a long time. Steak was cooked perfectly; it was tender& melted in my mouth. I had baked potato &... asparagus sides; both extemely delicious; textures were great! Server was very nice, friendly & attentive. Enjoyed everythingduring my visit at Longhorns! Read more

Visited twice in one week. The new waitresses are excellent. Saturday we had to wait for a table for about 45 minutes but was... worth, because the food was perfect. And their asparagus are unique!! Just wish the loud kids weren?t allowed there. After 6pm.We arrived at 7pm; ended up sitting around 8pm and some kids were there over their bed time; ... and we tried really hard toignore... soon the kids left we almost ordered more because the vibe was so nice... but was too late.
