Ordered via the app. None of the drive up stalls are working. Only the drive through. Over a 40 minute wait in the drive... through. I won?t be back. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. There is literally one person working. No one wants towork so this business will definitely suffer.update: ordered tater tots. They no longer have tater tots. Didn?t find out untilafter waiting 40 mins. Also medium drink is actually a small. See picture next to water bottle for comparison. They didn?t giveme the condiments I ordered. Just lost business. Just left here. I ordered cheese tots. I mean I guess this technically IS cheese tots, but come on. Hahaha. Also this place is a... dumpster fire. Waited 40 mins for this and the place is filthy. Never going here again. I heard the dude at the window tellingthe car behind us that he was the only person there. Crazy. Read more

I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings and a milkshake. The burger tasted like leftover meat, the onion rings had a funny taste... and the milkshake was nothing more than soft serve ice cream. Overall horrible and $14.00? Get real! Read more

Apparently the stalls are closed but still taking orders from there. Then you sit there for 20 min until they tell you to drive... around to the drive thru window to reorder. Unacceptable!! We waited almost 50 min from order to the time we actually receivedour food. Don?t let the under new management sign fool you, the experience sucks here. Either close the stalls completely andnot waste peoples times there, or start doing what people expect out of Sonic and deliver the food. Done with this place!!!! Read more

Do not waste your time. I ordered ahead and they took over 30 minutes! This is normal for this place. Whether I am in the drive... through or the side to order or the app. Worst fast food place to order if you dont have the time or gas to waste. Their totsare good. Thats it Read more

We just had the most awful experience at this sonic. Our order wasn?t complete, and the staff was combative with us over it.... They basically threw our food at us and said it?s right. We finally got our items, with incorrect orders and missed orders. Ourdrinks were undrinkable. Made with entirely incorrect ratios. We witnessed interactions with other staff members and other cars,the staff was rude, argumentative, and the food very sloppy. I am very used to the southern chains full of hospitality and thiswas the most disrespectful sonic I?ve ever been to. Read more

This location is drive thru only now. Every time I go to the stalls they say it's closed.... That's the ENTIRE point of... sonic. And their drive thru is the slowest in the industry. The line is always 10 plus cars and it takes over 45 minutes to geteven the smallest order. Maybe other stores are better but avoid this one at all cost. I hope they close this horrible locationdown again, cus it's God awful Read more

I am super sad to be writing this. I love Sonic but my experiences recently here are in need of being told. First off, I pushed... the button at the drive up screen and waited almost 20 minutes. I then noticed the car next to me had pulled in and they weretalking to the staff inside. I could hear them say that they were not bringing food out to cars and that it was drive throughonly. I understand that with COVID and all, things are still messed up for whatever reason. The fact they didn't inform methough was kinda messed up. I had to hear them tell a car two spaces away who just got there. Ok, wasnt going to let it ruin myfavorite burger. Ordered two burgers and a cherry limeade. Pulled up and paid, got the bag and started to pull away, when Irealized it was the wrong order. The car behind me had already pulled up, so I pulled forward, parked, walked back and the girllaughed and took the bag I handed her and gave it to another customer. I had this bag in my car and pulled away from thebuilding and brought it back. I could have done anything to that food. Anyway, they got my order and I went back to my car. Theburgers were on buns that were stale. As in old, dry buns that were falling apart. I was so disgusted and mad that I knew if Iwent back, I would have made a scene I was so mad at that point. I took the burgers and started to drive home when I took a sipof the strawberry limeade they gave me. Yes cherry and strawberry are both red but come on! I had begged for sonic to reopenafter they closed. I now hope they close up again. This was horrible. I tried doing the survey on the receipt and it wouldn't gothrough on my phone. Going back out to my car to get the receipt to try from the computer at home. This place is a disgrace, Inever had a problem at a sonic in Florida when I lived there and was happy to have one near by. I will save my money and make myown food for the prices they charge and lack of service they provide. Read more
