I like the food and everything else but every time I go the employees have the mood like they never want to work witch is fine
This is a standard Wendy's franchise location and the good points are it's clean, including the bathroom, and the quality of the... food was fine. It misses a couple of stars because the ordering process for me, and the couple before me, was very complicatedand ultimately the food I received was incorrect. My advice is slow down the conversation at the register to alleviate thelikelihood of miscommunication. Read more
Food was good. Went thru drive thru which took little longer than expected but ok other then drive thru too long of wait.
The restaurant is fine, the staff nice. If I were to pick something I don't like, it's the parking lot. Bit of a pain in the... rear unless you exit on the parallel road on the other side, and that only works well if you're pulling out with traffic. It was Saturday, 9:56pm when I went up to the drive-thru. After saying hello 3 times, I get an angry response. Once she was... ready, I ordered using the '2 for 10' coupon for 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals. Plus, I ordered a classic chicken sandwichmeal and a baked potato. Once I show up to the next window, I got a frustrated face, not even a greeting. I see them scramblingfor the spicy sandwiches, but they never told me that they didn't have any. Then, the hot-headed lady gives me my order. I askedwhere's the straws, she answered back with bad attitude, saying that it was in the bag. Frustrated, I head back home, just tosee that my order was missing 1 small fries, and a very digusting baked potato. So my mom's meal was thrown to the trash! And Ididn't get a receipt with my order! Terrible late night service to say the least! I hope to see much better service if I evercome back! Customers must be treated well from the opening to the closing of the franchise. Was covering the store in the area for my job and stopped at Wendy's for lunch. Parking lot was clean it. The staff was friendly... and the place was clean. Picked up a cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. And the food was prepared just like the picture on thewall. If you're in the mood for fast food this Wendy's is definitely up your alley. I saw an add on television so my husband and I stopped Sunday in the afternoon I ordered the Pretzel Pub Burger, it was... delicious just as the add said it would be! After talking about it all week long , my husband decided he wanted to try onetoo, we went back to the same Wendy?s on high street in Millville. When we got home we were both shocked! The bottom of bothpretzel buns were burned, there were very little of the battered onions, one pickle and very little bacon pieces( no wholepieces of bacon)! My backed potato was way undercooked and we had to finish cooking it! My husband and I were both sodisappointed. Just goes to show that there is no consistency in fast food places!
