What in the world happened?! Tacotime used to be be pretty legit, coming from the Seattle area its like night and day, after... visiting a couple locations here in Spokane I'm appalled at the food quality. Might wanna call over to the west Seattlerestaurant and get some tips. On the flip side staff were super nice, and they appeared to be enjoying their work. Just gottabring up the quality, otherwise Taco bell has ya beat. Read more

Very rude customer service at the drive through. Ordered 8 crisp tacos, 3 of them meat and cheese only. But that was too hard... for her to comprehend and she yelled at me accusing me of changing my order halfway through ordering. So I said to the lady,this was only the beginning of a long list and since she can't understand what I wanted that I was going to go elsewhere. Sheresponded with "fine by me".
