What in the world happened?! Tacotime used to be be pretty legit, coming from the Seattle area its like night and day, after... visiting a couple locations here in Spokane I'm appalled at the food quality. Might wanna call over to the west Seattlerestaurant and get some tips. On the flip side staff were super nice, and they appeared to be enjoying their work. Food was actually ok. The place was a mess. Employees were laughing about not being sure how to make a beef burrito. And... really, how hard is it to roll up a burrito properly. Never again. Read more
We normally go to the Taco Time on Sprague, but do to staffing, the lobby was closed. So, off we go to the Trent location.... Everyone inside provided friendly service and delivered our order fast. Read more
Very rude customer service at the drive through. Ordered 8 crisp tacos, 3 of them meat and cheese only. But that was too hard... for her to comprehend and she yelled at me accusing me of changing my order halfway through ordering. So I said to the lady,this was only the beginning of a long list and since she can't understand what I wanted that I was going to go elsewhere. Sheresponded with "fine by me". Management needs to put this lady in check. Obviously she doesn't like her job or what she does.She has zero people skills. WORSE TACO TIME IN SPOKANE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Read more
First time visiting, they seemed short staffed and struggling with a few online orders. It was 5pm and no indoor dining. They... locked the door behind me when I left as well. Food quality was ok but there was no consistency to the wrapping and no labeling.Had to cut open everyone's burritos and soft tacos to figure out what it was. They would do the Millwood area a favor closingthis place down and replacing with a Taco Bell. Not going to Taco Time again. Read more
My family and I went there for dinner last night and the lobby was closed and it was 6:40 in the evening, they were very rude to... us when we were trying to read the menu through the Windows before we went to the drive-thru. We got our food and went to a parkthat is less than 5 minutes away and our food was cold. The tater tots were atrocious and like I said just cold. The quality oftheir service and food was absolutely disgusting. I work very close to this location and because of this experience I willabsolutely never be going back. I pull up to the drive thru and am asked to wait. After waiting for 4 minutes at the drive thru to place my order I order 2... soft tacos and 1 crisp meat burrito. I wait for the 2 cars ahead of me and then I get to the window. An astonishing 15 minuteslater, I am still waiting. I know my order should have been ready, I was informed they needed to make more meat. I was informedthat there was enough meat for 1 of the soft tacos. I then asked if I could get a refund for the one soft taco... "no, theperson who does single item refunds is not in" I asked what my options were ... "you can wait or we can refund the wholeorder". I counter with "...or you can refund my first order and ring up one soft taco and one crisp meat." 3 minutes later Iam given a less than crisp meat burrito and a soft taco. I love Taco Time, I do. But this visit was NOT a win. I do not know ifI was refunded or charged twice or anything, as I was never given (or asked if I wanted) a receipt for my credit cardtransaction ???? Read more
I'm from UT and there taco time is pretty good here is very good better than taco bell always will be taco time love it so much
