You need to charge up the game... cards at the entrance also games the cards come out pretty interesting. The the game tickets also comes out as cards nowinstead of tokens or credits in a card form. Okay let me start by saying this was a go to place forever. I have came here, held birthday parties , work parties, hung out so... many times with so many friends. Let's start with the good. The food is great atmosphere is awesome and there is alwayssomething for everyone in your group to enjoy. Now the bad and I am sad to say the list is longer the more I go here . First 80%of the games are broken or not working correctly. Now that's to be expected with a bunch of drunk adults doing dumb stuff atnight but it's sad that kids arcades are working better than this business adult arcade. I ordered 4 drinks all four of them hadsomething floating in it the cups are dirty and un cleaned, scary in these times that something I'm putting to my mouth didn'thave enough cleaning to clear the previous drinker's beverage. The bars smelled worse than most dive bars I have been to. In atime where gamers and nerds take front stage this type of business should be thriving. I see no reason why the standards are solow in this type of business. I want to also point out I don't think this is the employees lacking as everyone working there iskind and helpful. This is pure failure on management or franchise funding. More techs are needed , more repairs , more cleaning,more cleaning. When I walk into this place I feel like labor is the only focus and not customer experience. The problem is aplace like this is pure customer experience. That's what you are selling the gamers experience. I think the best way to describethe arcade and bar experience is a chuck e cheese with beer. This is still a great place to get all your friends together andhave a good time just hope your drinks are clean and the games you choose to play are working. Wich are few and far between. Butthe food is good. The drinks are not as good but that's the drink idiots fault for making a family place into a dive bar. We enjoyed our time at Dave and Buster’s.. we were 4 and were here on a Friday night.. we had a couple drinks, paid about $100... for 7500 points and we could play for easily 2-3 hours! There were a few machines that didn’t work- but there were twomachines that took our points but didn’t let us play (picture attached..)But we enjoyed so much- that we forgot to complainabout it.. Also, there are a multi-player games and basketball that don’t count tickets for winning prizes which are clearlymarked. I would definitely visit this place again for a fun evening !! Read more
So many games were not working. We swiped on some games and wasted money because the games were actually not working. Hungry... hippo did not show "out of order" for all players and we wasted our money on it. The game did not start even after it took our"tap to play". Similarly many games were not working. Santa Cruz boardwalk arcade turned out to be way better. As far as itsfood court is concerned, it is super slow service. Burger was bland. Nachos and fries were good. Read more
A lot of the games were out of order and physically damaged. Several he's took our money and then stopped working. The games we... were able to play were fun, but the experience was definitely lacking. The food was decent bar food, although the ravioli wassupposed to be in a "brown butter sauce" and was basically just sitting in melted butter. Drinks were good. Service friendlythough our waiter never really came back to check on us at all. Everything is ordered through the app at the table and you haveto pay for the order, and tip, before you ever even get served. Wanted to add a dessert on but the bill was already closedout. Won't be going back any time soon. Will try again in the future, hopefully, once things start to go back to normal. Read more
I have 2 boys that are 15 and 10. They really enjoyed all the arcades but but so did my husband and I! We ate at the main... restaurant and the food was really delicious. I was totally surprised the food was as good as it was considering it being anarcade/entertainment center. There was plenty of parking at the time we went... 11am. I would recommend going late morning thanlater in the day because the crowds are pretty intense during Friday and Saturday nights. Read more
Fun packed extremely lively on a sunday night! Went for a birthday party around 230 which was not as crowded but I didn't leave... till after the football game so it was still crazy filled even past 9pm . overall good crowd good food fun games! Games are soupdated since my last visit so had plenty of options . felt like pre 2020 days .. Great vibes Read more
