Have fresh seafood....in their tanks. However, service is terrible and they force you to tip on the bill automatically..even if... you just have 2 people. I love to tip if service is good or even just acceptable. However, when you automatically put tips onthe bill, there is zero incentive for the staff to do a decent job. To be fair, they do have one older woman waitress who isattentive, but the rest of the crew are just bad. If you can overlook the bad service, the food is actually quite good. Read more

My dad loves this restaurant and my mom when she was alive loved it as well. My husband and I are very big on customer service.... The wait staff here was horrible. I had to keep asking for our missing dishes. Every time we had a simple request for water,forks and napkins. It felt like forever that my request (s) would be fulfilled. Our waiter also seem very annoyed that we kepton asking for things. I didn't even want to give him any tip. If I could go anywhere for dim sum this definitely would not be myfirst choice. Read more

We do enjoy Dim Sum as a family and have had enjoyable meals at this location in the past. Unfortunately this past Sunday was... not one of those times. The food was ok but not the standard we have had before. The service was questionable which leads tothis 1 star review. Be prepared for the automatic 18% tip added to every table in the restaurant. Table of one to table of 10you get this automatic tip slapped on your bill. This makes the servers here really hold back on their service knowing the tipis guaranteed. Dinner at the end of 2021! What a great dinner! There are nine of us, and the restaurant manager recommended a set meal for ten.... Wow! Every dish is very delicious and the quantity is enough! Our party of nine had dim sum in an outside tent, and it went surprisingly well. You order dim sum and dishes from a paper menu... - nobody pushing carts filled with dim sum under these circumstances. But the quality of the food was almost uniformlyexcellent. Good job by the management. Read more

Horrible experience-negative rating: we ordered 2 dishes, one box contained 4 mini dumplings(half the size of mini cupcake) for... the price of $9+ taxes, the other dish came in a broken box with too much salt. We try to support small businesses but end upgetting cheated by this one! Read more
