We had perfect ribs and enjoyed great service at Outback Steakhouse yesterday! After having read a number of rather negative... reports- mostly regarding service- we went there yesterday evening for the last dinner of our holiday trip. The food was good, but the service was really terrible as you could nowhere find the waiter in two hours My family was there... from 8:00-10:00pm. I understand the weekend is usually busy, but it should not have been the case that drink came after 30minutes and after the request to cancel the drink. I had to wait for 15+ minutes to get the check done! Obviously, I let themanager know and also wrote five ?????????? on the check as a service comment. Try to avoid the weekend if you can!
