Ordered a nitro, payed for it, and got a cold brew although the sticker on the glass was clearly saying nitro. After the comment... that it?s clearly a cold brew - the girl told me that they actually don?t have any nitro. Why then selling it to me? Why notjust saying that they don?t have any? We ordered our drinks and the service was great. My mom wanted to use the restroom and had an emergency and the staff rudely... said no. We got to the mall a little early and the mall wasn't open so no public restrooms to use. I'm a bit disappointed thathumanity went out the door at the time. Worst experience I have ever had a lot a Starbucks. I travel for work, so I have a lot of experience going to multiple... locations. The reps in the cafe were incredibly lazy. First they are not a corporate Starbucks so they don?t accept the QR codeon the app. Then I ordered an oat milk chai tea and he gave me regular. So when I asked for what I requested he said they wereout. He then gave me a soy milk chai tea and it was awful and mostly milk. Then I sit to start working on my computer and try toconnect to their stores wifi and it?s password protected. So when I request the password he says they don?t have wifi forcustomers. All while being so low energy and basically half asleep. I will never go back and will make sure to tell everyone Iknow to never go there either. They deserve negative stars. Read more
What an amazing team here at the 477 Great Mall Drive KI12-1, Milpitas store that recently just opened up again after COVID. I... just wanted to give a shout out to Jessica(Sorry if i'm miss spelling your name) who has went above and beyond the regularcustomer service I usually get at Starbucks. I've been coming to this store location to get my work for the last week and to getsome human interaction. At first I was thinking this might have been odd since I just need to get my work done and wont bebuying something every time i go here but Jessica and her team including Olivia(supervisor - great attitude and laugh) have beenamazing. Seems like a great environment to work at. Also, I noticed that the store gets really busy throughout the day and theydo so good with the team work skills they practice. Keep up the great work! Decided to stop by to get my favorite drink. When I walked in the young lady at the register did not greet me. I asked if they... were getting ready to close, she rolled her eyes and nodded her head. Did not say one word. During the whole interaction I didnot feel welcomed whatsoever. I have never experienced this at any Starbucks . Not coming here. Read more
