The drive thru lady was incredibly rude and probably doesn?t understand english. I specifically said not to put meat in my... VEGGIE fiesta burrito and she put it in anyway. Horrible service. Took way too long for a simple order on a non-busy day and hour.
I used to get taco bell for lunch sometimes. After seeing the rasist act at their restaurant and the way these taco bell staff... behaved as mute spectators for the open racism at their place, I have decided never go there again. Definitely not kidsfriendly as they allow racism openly at their place. Not safe!!! If you can't sand against racism at your own place, it's abiggest shame. Read more
Horrible service . Service was on 7-2-22 . Order on the screen. They forgot two items . During wait I asked for the restroom... code they gave me a wrong one twice until my husband asked them, once I got it I went and it was dirty. No toilet paper, notowels to dry hands , and no soap .... then i got my order and they left my drink spilling , no napkins on my order . Orderincomplete , but it was a mess .and ladies pretty rude. I ordered online, but went to the location to pickup my order. The employees were really nice and didn't even mind that I went... through the drive-thru on my scooter. The experience would have been 5-stara, but the online system said that I ordered 2 tacoswhen I ordered the party pack. The ordering system listed it this way as it was the equivalent of 2 orders of 6 tacos, butlisted it as if it were only 2 items. So just be aware of that if you order online and go to pick it up. They accommodated butwanted to see the online receipt, even though they began filling the order before I showed them. The Lobby Was A Mess And Took Too Long To Get To The Register So We Decided To Go Through The Drive Thru, Seems Like They Were... In A Rush And Not Paying Attention To What Was Being Made... My Drink Had Some Type Of I Don't Know What On The Rim So I Gave ItBack... Customer service was really good cashier helped me out no problem and without hesitation and fast. Food: as described. Really... good Mini quesadilla (size:corn tortilla ) ,and potatoe soft taco 1st time trying it I can say I'll get that again! I only gotthat because it was No Meat friday???? lol.
