Sub par customer service. Was told would have to wait 15 minutes after placing my order until they got it. And another 20 to... make it. Very rude and when she made sure they hadn't gotten it. It was there already waiting. Maybe take the time to trainyourself and your employees right Alesha so that situations like these can be solved without having to be proven wrong by acustomer. I absolutely love Subway. Great sandwiches with a wide choice of fillings. However it has become so expensive to go there now, I... can only afford it when I get some coupons in the mail. They do send out coupons quite regularly though. Read more

The subway was open but no one answered the drive there after waiting for twenty minutes I left. Not going back.

One whole hour to get two foot longs thru the drive they here . This subway really needs to have more than one person working.... Seems completely unfair to the one worker in there to be trying to handle the customers at the window along with customerscoming in and online orders and very irritating as a customer to have to wait so long. They are a good place to eat and very fresh sandwiches but the customer service was not very good today. I pulled up and the... girl working there saw me pull in and the guy inside was busy and she wandered around the kitchen refusing to come to thedrive-through window so I drove away to somewhere else. You should at least acknowledge people Read more

5 sandwiches ordered online. Thought I would be considerate for the staff being how covid hit and they have been stressed out... and unhappy every time I went in. Called to confirm order, no answer, quick email saying it was done, picked up order which wasquick for them, got home and 3 sandwiches were totally screwed up. Called, no answer even with 2 on staff with no customers. Newhire screwed up from what I was told, couldn't answer the phone, just to busy with no customers. Other guy fixed sandwiches whenI got there. Did a good job but no concern or compensation. I'm glad I'm more patient now that I'm older and live in town Iprobably would have been arrested if I lived out of town and had to come back to deal with that BS. I will never return. Read more

Arrived 25 min before closing. There was to people in line ahead of me. The guy working there took 12 minutes to make two... sandwiches for the first person. The next person said they wanted four sandwiches. He came out from the counter and told me hewas not going to make anything for me and that I had to leave. Stood in line for 15 min for nothing and now everywhere else intown is closed. Read more

I went in to get breakfast ( i usually go in the afternoon due to my work schedule) and the assistant manager was extremely... rude. She rolled her eyes at me a few times and made me want to talk out midway through her making my sandwich. I will not gothere again in the mornings. I don't know how or why she became the assistant with an attitude like that. It was a badexperience. Ill continue to go when the tall, hispanic dude is working. He can at least give me good service with a smile on hisface. Read more
