They dont care to satify the customers.they dont never have your order right,they dont even bother to call to fix your order... anymore.their food is just thrown around,burnt,or is not exactly what you asked for.i dont think i will ever order from themagain i spend to much money with these people just for disappointments. Pizzas were very good. We got 1 thin crust 2 topping and 1 hand tossed 2 topping. We were happy with both. We also ordered a 32... piece Parmesan bread bites and they were so good. We were not Dominos fans before but this was great. We'll be back! Read more
Every single time I order they send me wings that aren?t tossed, just sauce squirted on top ???? not just once or twice.
I usually like Dominos pizza. Recently ordered a large, thin crust with mushrooms. Very disappointing. Edges of the crust were... charred (not the good charred on brick oven pizzas) and just a few black specs that I presume were minced mushrooms. OtherDominos locations have done this much better. Son ordered pizza today and the driver backed into driveway parallel to my car and opened his doors(driver door..dented my car,... then opened back door and dented my car again) then Lied that he even did it!!! Manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! But I guessanyone can be a manager of a pizza place these days..instead of hearing the customer.. she wanted to talk about what she use todo with cars..which must not have been too good since she is at a pizza joint. THANK GOODNESS I have front and rear sensorcamera's in the car..But be careful if a blue Honda pilot pull into your drive way..they don't park in the front of yourdriveway...they BACK IN NEXT TO YOUR CAR AND GIVE YOU MORE THAN PIZZA!!! App said our order was ready about 10 minutes prior to arriving at the store for curbside delivery. Checked in via the app once... there. Waited 10 minutes before I just went inside and picked up my order. Told the team member the name my order was under andshe handed it to me immediately from the shelf behind the counter. Not surprisingly, my two pizzas were room-temperature. I?vesuffered through mediocre experiences at this location for the last year or so, but the service I received tonight is simplyunacceptable. We have a 3 topping large pizza that we routinely order. Easy to do on-line - then go and pick up. Great pizza, and great... price. Very consistent and great every time. Local store staff - very friendly and efficient. Will continue patronizing theMilton Domino's. Read more
