The customer service definitely lacked. This is my 2nd time at this location. The food was cold and cheese wasn't melted as it... would be with a cook to order burger. They are always slow in the mornings. Today I had a horrible experience and will never return. I get to the window to order my... food and the guy said it was gonna take a second so he asked me to pull foward. I pull foward to the end of the concrete becauseI?m trying to make sure the people behind me can get out. This truck behind me starts blowing and this guy comes to my car andstarts screaming that I?m a ?fuckin bitch? & need to move up. I probably would of moved if he wasn?t so rude. So instead I parkmy car and roll my windows up. He?s yelling to roll my windows down and he mentions something about skin color. I politely sitthere. He ends up getting back in the truck behind me and they pull out, flipping me off. One of the employees comes out with anattitude and tells me I need to pull into a spot. I?m like that?s fine but that?s not what the guy told me. She said well thefood takes 4 minutes. I said that?s not what the guy said but Ok. After sensing the employees attitude I just asked for my moneyback. Yes I could of easily pulled up if it was communicated politely. You as the employee had a nasty attitude and thatcustomer had an even nastier attitude. If that?s the service you guys are gonna have then I will never return to your location.Very disappointed in the service. Read more
It's Hardee's it ain't ya mamas biscuits but they are pretty good. At least this time I was not asked to move from the window... and wait like they are notorious for doing because they have a timer that shows how long a vehicle sits at the window. They willtell you too e most of the time rather you are the only vehicle there or not and it ticks me off every time. Every time I calland complain also. Read more
I went through their drive thru which is Always crowed but the line moves along without a long wait. Their biscuits are buttery... and delicious and fresh which is what I love about this store. Read more
When I arrived there were only 2 people working. I think they got some more help by the time I left. They handled the rush... better than most places with a full staff. The mushroom and swiss burger was great, the fries were fresh and hot! 6 stars out of5 Read more
Location now closes at 9 pm. I showed up at 8:30 pm to order and was warned they may not have what I want to order since they... close in 30 minutes. The hours on the website and app are no longer accurate. I believe it is still drive through only access aswell. Read more

I ordered a chocolate milk shake and it was like drinking a regular soft drink. I told the lady at the drive thru and she never... offered to fix it after I complained about it.
