About three weeks ago my wife and kids went here for happy meals. Luckily they ate inside. It is a kiosk so they where able to... order their own food. To bad they didn't bag it though cause they had no cheeseburgers in the boxes. Took 10-15 minutes toresolve that while the fries got cold and didn't even offer new fries. Now today I go through the drive thru and get twocheeseburger happy meals. What do I get? One cheeseburger. Read more
At least twice a week I come to this location. Every single time the drive through is screwed up. I can sit in one lane or the... other for 15 minutes while the other lane fluidly progresses. With the amount of money that this particular location probablytakes in DAILY, you think they can fix this issue. Then again, that?s what you deal with when there are people who don?t careabout customer service or climbing the corporate ladder. It?s a negative impact on the community that I say the least. If. This McDonalds is on my home from work so I stop a couple times a week. The service is always good, quick and friendly... employees. The one time I did get a wrong order the were very eager to make it right. Good service in fast food is hard to comeby. I appreciate the employees here for always being nice. Read more

I purchased two spicy crispy chicken with fries and med coke, paid by CC and ordered at kiosk. Wait time was excessive, we were... called to the front for pick up for 8 that was set on the table for dining in. It was freezing cold inside and with the orderbeing handed to us in a bag, decided to eat in the car. Got in the car and no Diet Coke and fries cold. We went in for the cokeand I asked for hot fries. The young man brought me medium fries that were still cold and did not apologiz. I know it is hard toget good people to work but a manager on duty would have prevented my dissatisfaction. Read more
