3 1/2 hours later still no wings. I called 2 hours in and they were supposedly on the way. @ the 3.5hr mark I called and they... repeatedly hung up as I continued to call. A man answered and put a rude lady on the phone who accused me of being rude. I thenhad enough b.s and told her she hadn't heard rude yet. Don't expect your food if you order. I think she was high. I ordered tonight & they forgot my ranch. I usually wouldn?t care but i paid for extra & when pregnancy cravings call there is... no turning back. The girl on the phone was sweet & they did end up bringing me my ranch. We order from here all the time & Idon?t have any complaints what so ever. Read more
If I could give this Pizza Hut a zero star I would. I am BEYOND UPSET. They told us 20 minutes for our order and we didn?t get... it until over an hour since we ordered. Our pizza was cold and almost everything was burnt. On top of that, they left stuff outof our order and we spent 70 dollars. Then when we try calling them THEY KEEP HANGING UP ON US. Tiny chicken bits were made out of breading and the cheese bread was burnt, but the kids ate it because it was late and they... were hungry. Definitely not worth $30. Please do better, I don?t like spending money on poor quality food. Read more
It makes me sad reading the reviews they have had recently. It's a good business, food is almost always hot, 9/10 the orders... right (I order so much at least a few orders are bound to get messed up, no biggie). But last night, an employee ring mydoorbell once, my dogs did not bark, I did not hear the doorbell and neither did my roommate so I suppose the doorbell is out.The employee did not attempt to knock, after watching the cameras he didn't even attempt to ring the doorbell again. He rang itonce waited a minute and set my food on a rocking chair, plenty out of sight from stepping outside. So, I was under theimpression my food had not been delivered, and I call Pizza Hut. He says it showed the order was delivered so I walked around myfront porch and found my food on the rocking chair. I personally don't assume a rocking chair is the best place to set foodclosed by cardboard boxes, so I find it, marinara sauce is all over the ground, my pizza fell to the ground as well. I take thefood inside while I'm on the phone with the employee, at this point it's been sitting outside for 30 minutes, some of it on theground. So, after sitting outside for so long now there's bugs coming out of the box when I'm opening it. The only thing thatmade it was mozzarella sticks cause it's in a tightly sealed plastic container. The kid on the phone was nice especially for howannoying I was, he spoke with the manager on duty. The manager informed the employee he could credit me $8.. $8 doesn't replacefood that fell to the ground and one ring of a faulty doorbell as well. I really like this specific Pizza Hut. I've had handwritten notes saying "enjoy!" followed by great pizza, very helpful employees, pizzas always fresh, but it seems in the pastmonth someone or something is causing the place to go downhill. For Puzza Hut being down the road from us the Pizza should of been warm but it wasnt it was cold ! The BBQ chicken Wings were... good and a little warm disappointed with Puzza Hut at this time ! Read more
Incredibly rude workers. They burnt my pizza to a crisp and said next time ask for it to be taken out earlier than admit their... mistake. I order a pizza with extra sauce & light cheese everywhere and it never comes out black. She acted like I didn?t knowhow an oven worked. Save your money and go to Little Caesars or Hungry Howies. Much better for the $$ not burnt and not rude. Thankfully got a refund but could have done without the attitude. Read more
This is a stand alone store with great, friendly service, the food is usually ready for pickup by the time you arrive, you are... in and out. Great job every! Read more
