Do not ever order takeout from here they charge auto gratuity without informing anyone or giving the go ahead. I believe if I?m... ordering takeout and not eating in the gratuity is up to me not something to be slipped in without my knowledge or approval.Will never be ordering takeout from here again. *update chicken is extremely salty and hard as a rock and veggies are notcooked. First time here and it was great! Wonderfully unassuming with a warm atmosphere. The music was nice, not too loud but at a... pleasant volume. Our server, Savannah was awesome, informative and engaging. Food was delicious, made fresh and cooked toorder. Wish we had a Rock N Roll Sushi Near Cinci! My 11 yr old grandson said if he had his money, he would have given the tip! Read more

Sushi is not fresh tasting. They smother mostly everything in way too much eel sauce. Not a nice presentation. Taste like old... grocery store sushi. Overpriced. Miso soup is a bad mixture. Too potent and doesn?t taste good. Honestly probably the mostdisappointed I have ever been with a sushi restaurant. Do not recommend. Read more

After spending $29 for 1 roll if sushi and a side of chicken fried rice I was expecting a lot more than I got. Just the rice &... chicken was almost $10 and I ended up with about 4 bite size pieces of chicken. It costed $5 extra for 1 ounce of chicken. Thesushi was pretty good until I noticed the big black hair in it, and to top it all off I got charged 18% gratuity for a to goorder that was never mentioned. This place is a rip off. Read more

I just ordered door dash and it was so freaking good. It arrived quickly and everything was fresh and crazy delicious. I was... skeptical as I saw a quite a few negative reviews, but I was very impressed! I got the punk rock roll and the groupie roll! Sogood! I will order this again. Read more

So we were just charged an automatic 18% gratuity on a take-out!!!! We won?t be doing business here again. Can?t imagine what... dine-in gratuity is. When my husband asked he was told it was automatic due to COVID! They pushed for a payment over the phoneand didn?t disclose the total until I asked after she took the payment?now I know why. My husband said they also didn?t even askfor his signature and tried not to give receipt. He had to request a receipt after the server handed him his food. When I calledand spoke to the owner, Kody, he told me it was a charge due to COVID and for take-out costs for paper products, I said so it?snot for gratuity and he said yeah it is, and I said but you pay paper goods out of it? I said that?s unethical to disclose it asgratuity if you?re using it to pay for other things and he said it is gratuity and he shouldn?t have to explain how he pays hisstaff to me. Very shady business practices. He offered to reimburse me the $7 but I declined since I would have to drive all theback for $7. It?s not about $7, it?s the principle of charging a fee, which used to be based on service and performance driven,and also not disclosing a fee called gratuity, and why was paper product costs mentioned? Also I was taxed after the added 18%gratuity. The server told me ?you don?t think our chefs deserve it?!? Wow, just wow! 18%!!! Rock and Roll Sushi has lost ourbusiness! ???? Also, I gave 1 star bc no stars wasn?t an option. When I told the owner this was bad business and poor customerservice, he said he owned 3 stores, GB, Beulah and Pace and all of his businesses were doing just fine. I would assume socharging an 18% fee on all to-go orders and paying staff and to-go costs by charging the customers extra. Great businesspractices! Read more

The food is always fresh and love the Caribbean roll and that tuna twister app. I Used to eat at Gulf Breeze location but they... were not consistent with the service or food. Pace location have gotten my order right every time and it?s always good. Yes theyget slammed and service may be a little slow on occasion but I think Amy and the staff are doing a great job from what I haveexperienced!
