I have to say I've seen all the bad reviews but I personally have always had good service, good food, staff has always been... friendly and the only thing I can think of is they forgot to put the cake sprinkle topping on my milkshake the other day. Idkabout the pic with the roach on the cup but anyone the lives in the south has surely seen those nasty things flying around porchlights or any kind of light really. I have seen them living in wet leaves and they are pretty much everywhere you go anymore.However, that is pretty disgusting. My only thought is that it may not have actually come from the kitchen with it on the lid. Ihate that everyone has had such bad service here because I go there pretty often and I just haven't had the same experience.???? Read more

Normally I give great reviews, was there at lunchtime and a worker was using a leaf blower, the waitress had to come outside to... take our order, my wife ordered a coney dog, they didn't put the onions on it and she especially mentioned the onions. I don't go to Sonic expecting a 5 star luxury dining experience; but I do expect to not sit at the speaker box for an extended... period of time. It's not the fault of the workers; they're understaffed and I get that... But they've been instructed by badmanagement (trying to protect their bonuses) to keep order times down by not starting the clock until they're finished with theprevious order. This is awful for two key reasons: 1) It denies the corporate office the valuable data they need to recognizethat a location is suffering from being understaffed (thus extending the problem) and 2) It means the customers can easily getstuck waiting at a speaker box for long periods of time, resulting in frustration and lost revenue when they eventually losetheir patience and leave. If this review ends up in front of someone from corporate, put pressure on your regional, district,and store managers to not cheat their numbers. Read more

Foods good but the place near us is really bad with their service! We have waited sometimes longer then 10-20 minutes before we... even get an answer while cars keep going through drive-thru! They are going to lose people if they don't fix it. It makes mewant to quit going to sonics! They also don't answer job applications! Says they are hiring and need it bad but won't respond. Food was good but the staff must have been having a bad day. They were very rude with my family and I when we arrived to the... drive in lane. Asked us to move but didn't say where to. We moved and they again asked us to move so we just went to drivethru. Will reevaluate and update accordingly. Read more

Absolutely disgusting. I called and they are going to make up for it but still EW if this ended up in my drink under the lid... imagine how many are in the kitchen. So, I?ve worked food service before and I understand how stressful it really can be. The last few trips to this sonic however... have been a little frustrating. Last night specifically, we waited around 15 minutes for our food and i ordered ahead. Not thatbig of a deal. There were probably 3 other cars there. The chicken dinner was supposed to come with onion rings but instead wejust got an order of mozzarella sticks inside the box? I had separately ordered mozzarella sticks and the drinks of course. Iwanted to ask for it to be corrected but we were so hungry we just ate it. I?m not really sure how this happened and I meanaccidents happen but the last few trips here have been extremely underwhelming. Read more
