What a surprising meal, Waffle House has a reputation for not being the best in town, but this was a perfect meal for us. My... wife got the hash brown Bowl we loved it, I had the All-American with the waffle grits ham toast and egg and I am stuffed! Ilove to have my eggs over easy but it's so hard to find a cook that can do them the way I like them. Let me tell you the cookhere has it mailed! My eggs were perfect! The server that took our order was very friendly and helpful the kitchen staff reallyhas it together and I think we got our food faster than anywhere we've eaten in the last several weeks. Read more

Got cussed out by the cook Brandon. I eat at waffle house often but never before at that location. 2.45 am went in and wanted to... order hash browns with the option to double the order for an additional 50 cents. When I told Brandon what I wanted to order Iwas told that deal didn't exist Id have to order a plate to get it it couldn't be ordered by itself.I told Brandon I haveeaten th.at the waffle house across town many time. He started an argument over the matter that I didn't know what talkingabout. Before it was over he was ranting and raving literally Running up and down the cook lane telling me to get the FUXK outof "HIS" restaurant. Went to the restaurant yesterday order the same thing without a glitch.When I was nearly finished I ask tospeak to the manager. I told him what happened .of course the story from Brandon and his cohorts made it all my doing. "Nosurprise" I ask him if he had reviewed the video .He said he had not. He said I'll have to talk to him. Tried to call corporate.Can't be done. Have to go to www.waffle house .com after inputting all the info name store email phone etc etc when it came tothe part about telling about my experience the web site just stalls and don't move any further. Tried for an hour.call corporateheadquarters. A soon as they discovered I was calling about my experience I was literally ignored while she spoke with some onein the lobby for five minutes. Had a great experience here. 11pm dining. Only one cook here tonight however he made all our food quickly and it was all... perfect, and we had 9 people in our party. We had Stella as our waitress. She was very nice and took our order very quickly. The whole environment is very respectful. The... cook, Jason, was very polite in everything he said when addressing his co-workers. All the employees seemed to have this levelof respect for each other. Because of the time of day and the rush of customers, I did not expect such kindness throughout. Iwas happily surprised of the level of respect shown and would recommend this Waffle House to anyone. Replaced menus. Friendly and courteous service. Very clean and well staffed. Some of the old favorites still available.
Came here for the 1st time and I'm glad we did. (Atleast to this location) Tabby was our server and she is just the nicest and... most attentive server I've come across. Menu is simple but tasty. Read more
