My experience tonight was a 3.5 out of 5. The food was not prepared correctly like the last few times I have eaten here. I visit... here frequently and was hoping the service would improve but it has not, unfortunately. After waiting for my to-go order that Iplaced over the phone I knew from experience that I better check the order to make sure it was correct. It was not but thewaiter graciously gave me the option to eat it or throw it away while I waited for another 15 for it to be prepared withscrambled instead of fried eggs. The food itself was great, but the inability to consecutively not pay attention to the detailsof a single item order ( sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich- scrambled not fried) left the experience unsatisfactory. Itsonly saving grace was the girl who they luckily decided to staff the place at 3:00 am to look after the place. She was superpolite and apologized several times even though it was not her that took or prepares the order, and also made it a point to havea conversation with me while my order was being corrected. She alone is the saving grace of this review and in my opinion,should be put up for a raise and possibly trained in a manager position on her great customer skills alone. Kudos to you ma'amyour smile and willingness to do what you could to make the customer's experience better than it could have been what will keepme coming back to this establishment. This is the closest store to me and we eat here often, wanna give a shout out to our server today, Marissa. She was awesome!!... There was cook there today from another store n seemed to be flailing a tad, on top of serving, Marissa jumped in on the lineand had to help cook as well as waiting tables, doing dishes, cashing people out...we saw one other server not doing much ofanything, but sweet little Marissa was doing it all...give that girl a raise and promotion!! I have never seen a cleaner Waffle House. The staff are all super friendly. We got our food in a timely manner despite them... being busy. Our waitress was Bianca and she was on top of it! We got refills without asking and she was really patient with mylast minute order changes and requests. I also got crispy bacon at a Waffle House for the first time in my life, so they takeorders seriously as well. Overall amazing experience, and I wish every Waffle House was just like this one. Food was good. Our waitress wasn't really worried about a tip. Once our food was dropped off we never saw her again and it... wasn't busy. She was too busy counting tips, etc. Had to ask another worker for to go cups. I shouldn't have left her a tip atall but I did. She could've gotten a bigger one if she'd just refilled drinks and checked on us. Read more
