Line was almost out the door. Service was ok, slow i ordered a wake up wrap and had to get something else and leave because I... was waiting for over ten minutes and had to get something else because I had to go to work...and they had more than 2 peoplewirking on the sandwich station. Dunkin' donuts is what it is. They change their name to Dunkin dropping the second half of the name but to me they will always... be Dunkin' donuts and they they still have great donuts! I went into this dunks tonight around 7:00pm I was on a walk with my 3 year old and she likes the hash browns so I went in to... grab one little order of hash browns. The woman in there was wiping tables down and her whole family was sitting at one of thetables kids and all so didn?t see the big deal in bringing my 1 child in. She made it very clear she was mad we came in startedslamming stuff around giving nasty looks I have no idea why she?s so mad they were not closing.. so now I?m at the cash registerto order my one little order of hash browns the guy taking my order was nice but here she comes spraying cleaning spray right onmy 3 year old all over her and her iPad instead of asking us to move or wait literally 2 seconds for us to be done ordering shestood right over my child spraying cleaning supply! I very quickly asked her to stop because I didn?t want it to get in mydaughters eyes she got mad at me like I was the problem! That was the worst experience I?ve ever had anywhere! I can?t believesomeone would Spray a child with cleaning supplies and be so rude to a mom and a baby just trying to get hash browns on anevening walk! She was so nasty and hateful! Yelling in another language clearly talking about me and how angry she was I wasthere! Mean while her whole family sitting there while she?s working! Dunks do better! She needs to go she could have seriouslyhurt my child if the cleaning supply got in her eyes or mouth! Disgusting!!! Read more

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, I'm more of a tea even though they sell that also, however I need one on my Saturday mornings... now at work (since retiring I'm not much of the morning girl) and dred when I leave early and walk into a line out thedoor...Well thats what the App is for a friend shared, just order before leaving the house and "Wallah!!". You can pick it upand be out the door before you can say "America runs on Dunkins". So keep it moving with the Dunkin App. I love it!!!???? Read more
Came in a few minutes before close and they said they already threw the donuts out. They said it's "almost 9." Weird, I thought... they closed at 9pm, not "almost 9pm". I wouldn't left my house in 15 degree weather if I had known they close at "almost 9pm."They weren't friendly or apologetic about it either. Read more
