Fantastic waitstaff! Loved the red wine, salmon fritters and lamb fusilli. Salmon fritters melt in my mouth.

I had the lamb with pasta with their passion fruit drink and it was delicious. The oyster was incredible with their hot paste.... The waiter Katie was great. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere and waitstaff. A bit on the pricier side, but a great location for a date or nice family... outing. Ordered cheeseburger (pictured here—half eaten). Very tasty! Fries were also good. Would recommend. Read more

We got takeout from steel and rye last night, and we were pretty disappointed. (1) ordered the gnocchi and while the taste was... good, the size of the entree was paltry, barely more food than the appetizer we ordered. (2) pork Milanese was over cooked anddry. (3) we ordered the broccoli rabe and received a steak instead. (My husband commented he felt really bad for the peoplewho ordered a steak and probably got our broccoli rabe). Given the small sample size, poor quality of some of the food andmistakes, we really did not think this was a good value. Read more
The food and drink were excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Milton area. But what made are visit so special... was our server Tim! He was so welcoming/friendly very attentive to our dinning needs. We have never had better service in ourlife! If you go to Steel and Rye he will give you the personal connection in my opinion you don’t see in hospitality thesedays and provide excellent service and sure to leave you with a laugh!
