I ordered online and picked up my order. The guy at drive thru told me I had my entire order but I was missing snack bacon and... wake up wraps. I went back in to explain how the employees forgot my food and I got laughed at and told ? oh yea glad I didn?tthrow that out like I was going to ?. Unexceptional for a good business. Never has enough donuts to last the day. Staff is good and fast with order
Got a half dozen donuts and three out of the six were wrong. I should look next time. My chocolate covered donut was a glazed... chocolate donut, and two powdered cream donuts were powdered donuts filled with vanilla frosting. Really gross and definitelynot a cream donut. Read more
I work at the Hannaford across the street, so it's not uncommon for me to stop by when I have a break, which means I need fast... service so I get back in time. Even if there's a few people in front of me it never takes long to get my usual coffee and adonut or two. The employees are kind and hard working/fast. This is the best Dunkin ever! The staff treats you like family, the manager treats the staff like family it?s a pleasure to stop... for my coffee and sandwiches. They accommodated my no bread requests happily and never make me feel like I am an inconvenienceto them. Came here on a quick run, the service was not only fast but the staff was really friendly and amazing, had a total of 10 drinks... and a couple food orders (all made correctly) definitely coming back to this dunkin for future orders. Read more
Just got uber eats from here and I have to say I was so pleased with everything right down to the packing of the order.... Everything was clearly put together to be transported and wrapped tightly. I also had 2 cold drinks in the same bag with my hotfood, and the food was still piping hot after a 15 min drive. I?m incredibly pleased, these people deserve a raise. Read more
