Usually a good experience with this location. Arrived 5-10 minutes before close to see another customer waiting outside who had... been there for another 5-10 previous. Arrived to the door locked and even with the lights and open sign still on, an employeesaw both of us outside and ignored us. As the place was not closed, I see this as quite rude and a disappointing experience.Making a few drinks still would have gotten the both of us out before closing and whatever closing duties the employee wasresponsible for should not cut be cutting into operating hours. I have seen and been served by this individual before and I willbe letting whoever serves me going forward know about this. Read more
Arrived at 9:30pm and staff member locked the door as I approached the door. Store timings online and on shop front display 10pm... closing. Waited 10 mins in case it was locked for a toilet break but staff was no where to be seen despite all lights and opensign light up. Read more
I dont like writing bad reviews unless I feel it's needed for the store and the guest experience. I've been in a few times in... the last month and the same lady there who I think is the manager has been in a bad mood and rude to other customers that I'veseen. I've also never recieved a thank you for leaving a tip , generous one I might add. I feel like she hates her job .. mysmoothies have been fine just really disappointed in the attitude of her and a couple other staff . there was a couple nicepeople there but I've only seen them once unfortunately. they really need to do something about the service. I agree if themanager is unhappy the staff will be too . my son loves our walks there .. might have to change our tradition so we have abetter experience elsewhere. good luck booster juice. Read more

To the owners: if you are losing customers it?s because of the terrible customer service. I went into the shop asking for fresh... juice ?it?s 10 mins to close time and we cannot make the juice? was answer from your staff. If your business closes in thesetesting times, blame your staff. Service was friendly and kind. Early morning staff at 7am. Bright and early was a great way to start the day.
