So it was birthday party with Escape room. Booked party room with champs. Kids waited for there personal pizza for 20 min. Then... fries were not coming after 10min fries came then nachos were too late that kids didn't even had that. No water was given inthe party room. all to gather pretty disappointed..... Read more

New to the area, checking things out... Three of us Saturday 5:45pm one lane rental for 60 minutes. Arrived, paid $45, brought... own shoes/balls and ended up leaving in 35 minutes. Lane was visibly covered in Chocolate Cake and other food items (from Bdayparty we were seated next to) and staff wouldn't change OR clean our lane. Next frustration was the Ball Return... what anightmare. Service button does not bring helpful staff, instead you have to track an employee down. In the 35 minutes we"played", we spent 10-12 minutes waiting for ANY ball to return. (Had 7+ in our rack) It's honestly a shame as we planned toorder alcohol/food, and were considering their bowling leagues as we are new to the area. Disappointing experience all around. Read more

We recently moved to Milton so it was our first time at this place. The staff are nice, the food was great? the cleanliness in... this place boggled my mind. Washrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere.. the garbage was over flowing ? Hair and tissuein the sink?. Everywhere you stepped there was glasses of alcohol there. The billiard area?. There was food, drinks, garbage?.everywhere. If only I can post the photos here. It would describe exactly what I mean. The restaurant there was 1 waiter androughly 10 tables. Deff understaffed? we were waiting for a billiard table but the front desk lady told me they were all booked.We checked and 3 of them were free but there were was no one up there. We arrived 10pm and played pool as we were wait listed for bowling, at 10:45 the employees wouldn?t set us up with a lane... because they obviously wanted to leave prior to close. We kept playing pool and the employees came and told us we need to leavebecause they decided to close early? You need to disclose closing hours properly in your website or google if there?s a chanceof closing early. Not great to kick people out when they came from far and expected to stay until the actual posted closingtime. Read more

Fun fun fun! Also they are running a great deal, my 4 kids did 2 hrs of bowling for $18!! Another 30$ for arcade fun. Very... clean, large venue and helpful staff. The shoes also didnot stink, which is always a bonus. They also have an escape room. Howawesome is that? I didn't even know it existed. Definitely going again soon. Read more

My family and I have been coming to Champs for bowling and the arcade since 2017. It's where my family and I had our 1st date... in Milton. My son has sensory issues, and the server was SO accommodating to turn down the volume to the music one night atbowling. The food is fantastic, and you have to try their pizza. The new VR ride is a lot of fun. Recently my son and I didthe escape room for the 1st time, and he can't wait to have his birthday party there in Feb. I have no complaints about thebar, and the service is quick and friendly?the perfect place for family fun, food, and a game of billiards. Read more
