We have always been big fans of Paramount Restaurants. We attended this location because we hadn't been to Paramount in a long... time. The Mississauga one near us closed. The restaurant was clean, as were the washrooms. The waiter was nice and pleasant.The food was decent, not as good as I remember but obviously varies from location to location. The shawarma meat (chicken andalso beef) was dry instead of juicy. What really turned us off was the fact that you can't order tap water for the table. Wealways are served a pitcher of water for our family as there are 6 of us. The server told us we can't have tap water, you haveto purchase a tiny bottle of bottled water each for 1.99. He told us tap water is not served at all. I asked for the manager buthe wasn't available. This is a shame. I have NEVER been to a restaurant that will not serve a family tap water. Usually we orderwater and order drinks as well but to deny giving a customer tap water is shameful. For that reason alone, they lose my respectand patronage. We will never return or go to any of the Paramount Foods restaurants ever again. Read more
Was disappointed with the portion size and that the spicy diced potato dish we ordered was just spicy french fries without the... fresh herbs that were advertised. I used to LOVE going to the Dixie location for years and seeing this one we had to a taste ofeverything we used to eat. Will not be rushing back this location. Read more
Great restaurant and great food! We came here at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and was served right away. Service is fast and food is... great value. We ordered the family chicken dinner and got half fries and half rice with our meal. Love the pita and the dipsthat came with our meal. Highly recommend. The meal serves 4 but if you order extra sides it can easily serve 6. Read more
No quality food. chicken shawarma burnt, crunchy and greasy. If you end up eating there, watch the bill for items you have not... specifically ordered. You will likely get double charged for some items like we were. Read more
I had an amazing experience eating here last night! The server, Mariya, was so sweet and helpful with everything we needed and... made our stay very pleasant. The food was also extremely delicious as always :) They also had a prayer room in the restaurantwhich was really convenient for us. This is the perfect place to go to fill your Middle Eastern cravings and have a nice nightout???? Read more
This place is literally amazing. I never liked salad until I had their fattoush salad, the most amazing thing I?ve tasted! Plus... the staff are so kind, let us take some pictures too! If you want quality food and service this is DEFINITELY the place :) Read more
Paramount middle Eastern food was delicious and a healthy serving size. The flavour was decent although I thought it could be a... little bit more flavourful. Staff were excellent and were knowledgeable when I requested a gluten free meal. Food prices wereon a slightly higher end. Definately worth a try if you are in the area. It was a nice change to try something different. Read more
