Visited for birthday. Hostess and server were fantastic. Food was served quick, fast and looked great. Staff sang happy... birthday and gave a desert with sparkler. Thursday night is also half price wing night with happy hour drinks before 5 andafter 8. Great looking restaurant inside. The outside on the other hand desperately need a renovation. Read more
We had dinner at the Kelsey's Milton location. The waitress was pleasant and took our orders very quickly. I had the Thai Curry... bowl with chicken. It was very tasty and served hot. The owner stopped by to ask our opinion which was nice. A good overallexperience. Read more
I have a special love for this Kelsey’s because I’m older. It is the older design. The staff is fantastic and service is... quick and accurate. You can tell from the meals that the kitchen staff and management have pride in their work. We are regularshere and have tried many of the meals, never to be disappointed. I go to Kelsey's quite a bit, but I mainly order from skip the dishes. Unfortunately I am often left with very small portions... and missing items and I'm sick of it. I ordered Crown Royal with four Iced Teas and only got three, and I ordered a kids pizzafor me, with a side of fresh veggies and this is what I got.( My bill was $60.00) Normally they give me carrots and celery withdip. These orders are getting worse and worse and worse. On more than one occasion I have ordered chili and received a quarterof a bowl full. Sometimes I open the packages, and I just laugh. It all depends on who's working I guess, because sometimes it'samazing, but I don't want to take that chance anymore. Perhaps some of issues may be skipthedishes, but most of these issues arewith Kelsey's. Do you think people aren't going to complain just because you are handing out ridiculously small portions thatare being delivered to their house instead of to them face to face at your restaurant? There are just too many inconsistenciesfor me to continue ordering with you which is a shame because when you get it right, it's really good. Read more
I usually love Kelsey's and have been to many locations, but this one seems to disappoint every time. The order took 20 min... which is perfectly fine, but when I got home, the food looked like it had been sitting there for a couple hours. It wascompletely cold and the fries were so stale. The chicken that I ordered was all breading. I had to break the thigh apart to findchicken, and there was BARELY any. Will not be returning to this location. Read more
Picked up lunch today as was not disappointed! Called in our order, staff was friendly and happy to take our pick up order. When... picking up process was easy and everything was ready. I ordered the “Messy Fish” sandwich, man was it good! Figured itwould have been a little soggy by the time I got it back to work, but was pleasantly surprised. The fish was cooked perfectlyand the batter crisp and crunchy without being overdone. Taste was great, and it lives up to its name, definitely needs to beeaten over the container! The food was pretty good, but the wait time was very long and and the waiters kept forgetting our drinks. Also, the servers... barely checked in with my partner and I but focused on checking in on all the other people sitting around us. They seemed superuninterested in helping us despite us doing nothing out of the ordinary. Despite the service the food was quite delicious soprops to the chefs. Read more
