Always rude staff in the drive thru, "what do you want".. "fine..." that's how we drove up to the window. Nothing said while we... paid, "here" when getting the order.. I'm not picky but wow! Food was fine but zero interest in customer service which has beenconsistently sad.. shame. Read more
Horrendous. Chicken sandwich was stale, cold, hard and missing all items but the chicken which was cold and awful. Some type of... stale, rancid sauce that I wouldn?t touch with a barge pole was smeared on the bun. Root beer was a cup of water with a bit ofDiet Coke in it. Rude. Unpleasant. So I had bought a 10 piece bucket from today kfc today in the noon and see the pictures please, so much of oil was removed from... just 2 pieces of chicken, this is not something good for our health and this sucks, very poor food quality and I am verydisappointed with this food quality,I don't know why KFC has become this bad nowdays I'm definitely not leaving this here, I'llreport it to health department for sure. Don't think I have ever been as annoyed as I am right now. I ordered 6 famous chicken sandwiches for my family. Firstly, their... chicken inside the sandwiches are way over 2 hours old. You can tell they just been sitting in the oven for long. Probably wasput in when they opened the store in the morning. Secondly, when they realized they didn't have enough of the patties for thesandwiches, they gave me 2 zinger patties instead. You can tell by the picture the huge difference. They tried to hide it byputting it at the bottom. To make it worse, the zinger sandwiches were also super old. I used to work at kfc and I know whensandwiches have been sitting in the oven too long. These should have definitely been discarded. Than I went and saw the lastcouple of messages and they are all 1 stars. I'm not sure what else the head office and district manager need to see before theyrealize they got a failing location. Please re-staff and retrain. Not that I care, will never come back to this location. Ifyour thinking of ordering here, don't. Just go across the street to Mary Browns. Their sandwiches are amazing and made fresh. Read more
It's obvious that the employees never had Nachos in there life , or didn't learn how to make them professionally its such a... shame on the international students who don't responsibly take there jobs professionally. Only the top layers had toppings therest just chips. Worst nachos in my life. Actually after reading the other reviews the manager needs to be fired also the ownerneeds to be doubt with from the franchise headquarters, im definitely taking this up with head office. Read more
This is the worst kfc location I have ever visited. 4pc chicken was over fried to the point where it was extremely dry and not... edible. Popcorn chicken was under fried. Fries were cold. Chicken sandwich tasted like old fryer oil that hasn't been changed ina long time. Extremely disappointed. Save your money if you're thinking of coming here. Read more
