The place requires renovations. It looks worn down and the men's bathroom is in rough shape. My family and I came to dine in for... lunch on a Saturday but maybe we should have ordered take out. They serve drinks but don't have any cups or straws. The platesare paper thin and the cutlery is cheap plastic...like dollar store cheap. Not the biggest issue but not for dine in service. Ihad a cheese burger while my family had pizza, fries and onion rings. The cheese burger was a 2/5 and I couldn't finish it, buton the bright side the pizza was amazing! My son said it's the best pizza he's ever had, and my wife and daughter agreed. In theend we ordered churros for take out only to find out they were donuts when we got home. ??????? All in all, I recommend thisplace for take out only, and for their pizza. Stay away from the burgers. I highly doubt we'll dine in again, but we'llcertainly be back to order pizza for take out. We found Luigi?s after experiencing a drop in quality and service at our previous go-to. During the first few months of COVID... we were ordering? a little too often, once a week. The quality and speed of delivery was great. It feels like the past fewmonths there?s been a change in ownership, but reading the comments it seems there is a lot of new staff. Delivery times are upto almost an hour. Today the quoted time was 55 minutes but it took 1.5 hours. When this place is ?on? the pizza is hands downthe best we?ve had in Milton. We?re going to take a break and come back after they?ve had a chance to get back up to snuff. Read more
Response from the owner 11 minutes ago Nicole, we are sorry that you are disappointed. We did run out of medium boxes (14 inch)... unfortunately so it was put in a large box (16 inch). We use pizza screens so our pizzas are consistently the same size. Wealways show the pizza to customers upon pick up to ensure satisfaction before the pizza leaves the shop. When you called we didoffer to make a replacement if you were unhappy; This is my argument. I ordered a LARGE PIZZA NOT A MEDIUM AND PAID FOR ALARGE. This is why I am upset, also you DID NOT offer to replace you basically told me too bad. Read more
Disappointing I use to order from here often and it?s just depreciating. Picked up a pizza here tonight and it?s so thin the... toppings are not staying on not to mention I ordered a large pizza and it?s the size of a medium. When I called to complaingentleman said they ran out of large boxes why it looks smaller but nevertheless there?s no way this is a large pizza. Mosquitoes in the dining area! One of the dishes had no salt and the other hand twice the amount. No proper cutlery. Flimsy... plastic cutlery that is not good enough to eat what they serve! I?ve been ordering take out from Luigi?s for the last 4 years. Their delivery service is always prompt, accurate, and my food... comes hot. Once in awhile to show appreciate they will throw in a sweet treat. Their pizza is by far in my top 3 pizza placesin Milton. All their food is delicious especially the desserts. Read more
