Ordered a sausage and egg mcgriddle. Recieved 2 mcgeiddle cakes with no egg, sausage or cheese.
This is the slowest and dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. We ordered ahead through the app so that we don't have to go to a... line and wait but still it took us an hour maybe even more to get our order. The place is filthy. The table and floors areunclean. It has spills all over. The drinks and condiments section is super dirty and has nothing on it except the drink ofcourse. And you've guessed it. It is the same on their washroom. Super filthy. Maybe they should hire more staff or teach yourstaff how to clean the place. I wasn't expecting to experience this because the foodchain looks very nice and presentable fromthe outside. Read more
Manager at this location is very rude, I believe her name is Rosa, she was yelling at customers while there are kids around. We... had to wait for over 30 minutes for fries, burgers and happy meals. Fries were provided at half portion. Avoid this McDonald'sif you can. Read more

When it gets busy it certainly slows down to get your meal. The parking lot is poorly planned from a flow of traffic and number... of parking spots point of view. The parking spots are oddly laid out and make for careful entry and exit. The spots are highlyreserved for online pickup, drive thru, and Uber eats/skip the dishes leaving little spots for dine in. Inside is nice, notalways the cleanest, but might be because this is the busiest location in Milton. Read more
