Honestly I went in with a happy vibe having a good afternoon, then out of nowhere this older asian man was just being so... hostile. Like I was just trying to have a good pizza but this man just was so rude with his attitude for no reason. Lowkey couldbe racist because right when I asked for halal meat he switched up. Ordered through Uber eats. We ordered a large veggie pizza and medium pepperoni, we received medium veggie instead and no... pepperoni. Called Uber, said they only received this, called Pizza pizza, had the phone cut on us twice. Drove all the way tothe store and ignored us when we voiced our issue. Good customer service. Nice people but pizza is tasteless. I haven?t eaten here in 5 years because the food was bad before. ... Thought I?d give it another shot. Hasn?t changed. I get the sense they use low quality cheap toppings with zero taste. Pizzatastes like cardboard. I wish someone would do something about fast casual pizza. There is no way PP will survive in the longrun. You can?t expect to serve such a low quality tasteless product and survive. Too many other options available. Read more
BEWARE of reheated food at this place. We got a large Pizza & a box of fries. Pizza was ok but fries were reheated. Not sure if... they were from day before or even earlier but they were dry, had a weird taste & uneatable. We ended up throwing out the wholebox. We were hoping it was an honest mistake because cannot figure out why would they put their reputation at stake for $5. Not bad, just not good either. Passed by for a quick lunch option - walk-in special. A bit of confusion with ordering a medium... AND a large special (one topping, however the premium toppings are more $) - it took about 10 min to get on the same page. They were courteous and the place seemed clean. The order was handled well and the product was good for a basic fast foodchain. The Bottom Line: would visit again if it was on the path and maybe wanted a fast cheap pizza. Chicken wings were burnt brown. The cheese pizza I ordered for my kid was dry. Usually Pizza Pizza has really good food but... maybe it?s just this location. Read more
