Food is good for quality and freshness. Problem is when staff don?t understand and act over-smart. It?s been 2-3 time now that I... always tell them don?t give me all dark meat when ordering chicken pieces. 90% is legs, thighs and wings, out of 10 u may get 1side breast, that after specially requesting please give me mix. Worst fried chicken at this location. The chicken smelled rotten fish, puked out as soon as I had the first bite and threw it to... the waste. This is the third time it happened to me. This review is specifically for this location's customer service, and to correct the false impressions from previous positive... reviews left from others who are clearly from the restaurant staff's family and friends. To be more specific the ladies at thislocation who work the cash register and fill the orders at the front counter. These individuals should re-evaluate how theyspeak to thier customers. Unacceptably rude and abrasive. Time after time visiting this location I've witnessed theseindividuals mistreat countless customers. Finally decided to write a review about it. I hadn't had Popeyes in a very long time because I was so done with the reduced quality across most locations and other fried... chicken options popping up around the GTA. Nonetheless, I decided to give this location another try and was pleasantlysurprised. The service was actually on point, and the quality of the food was really good. The tenders were of good size andmade fresh, and the classic chicken sandwich as well. This was the first time I had a quality meal from Popeyes in a very longtime. Seeing previous poor reviews of this location makes me wonder if the management has changed or if they have simplyimproved their quality of service and food in response to customer complaints. I dont like to give bad review but this time i really have to because i love eating popeyes so much but today i went to this... location and ordered a chicken sandwich and a deal of the day( 3piece chicken). I have added photo look at the chicken theyadded in sandwich is like nugget and the chicken was literally taste like a refried chicken, it wasn't crispy and had taste notgood at all.
