Worst food and service ever. ordered 30 minutes in advance to be told it will be ready in 20. Reached there to be told nothing... is ready as it was busy and there was just one family of 3 people there and one to pickup. She started entire order infront ofme. Buns were cold, dryand hard as rock, she didnt even toast and just slammed chicken and salad on it. literally we threw awaythe buns as they were so hard. after she packed my ordered and saw no fries, asked her, and she was like you never ordered. thenshe started again. I tried to complain to the front desk young girl, and she totally ignored my complain. Honestly, pay a littleextra to get great food and customer service at popeye's. Food is decent but they should rename themselves to ?sluggish chik? - i have ordered takeout from this location 3 or 4 times... and every time I have found myself waiting at for at least 15 mins after arriving at at the time specified at their online orderconfirmation. But today it was the worst - I placed the order online at 705 pm with a pick up time of 7:23. I arrived at 7:30and was told their app didn?t update and i would get my food 10 mins later but my order wasn?t ready until 7:50. - the staffalways seem overwhelmed. I found myself waiting at least for 5 mins before getting serviced. I also noticed they will prioritize phone orders over folks who are waiting in the line up. In future, I will avoid this place and go to Popeye?s instead. Read more

I ordered the family meal and fish for delivery. Both tasted good, but there were no biscuits or tartar sauce in the order. I... called several times to inquire after I received it, but the one time someone answered, they hung up. I knocked the stars downto 2 stars because of the service.
