So we decided to ho to Shoeless Joe's, because way back when we use to go in the early 2000 it had a fab menu. Now they are like... any other pub with food and drinks amd a great ambiance. The fish and chips I ordered should have been out of the fryer atleast2mins before time. The pulled pork sliders were great, the Buffalo Cauliflower was good too and The Chicken Tennessee Burger wasgood too. The gravy with the fries was ok ok and also not hot (temperature). That's y the 4* . Service was excellent, specialshout out to Allie our server who was very kewl and friendly. Ambiance was great. Miss the late 90's and early 2000 menu.Cheers!! Read more

Shoeless Joe Upper James is my favorite place to have delicious food and fun. The service is always unique. No need to recommend... it because it is always full. In my last visits I had to wait 15 minutes to get vacant table. In conclusion Shoeless is anexcellent restaurant. I love ?? it. Read more

My fiancé and I came here to eat while we were waiting for to check-in to our AirBNB and honestly this is one of the BEST... experiences that we have had, going to ANY restaurant in the GTA. The owner was so polite and even checked up on us when shedidn’t have to. Then the server, Ciara, was always available if we had any questions, or concerns. She was understanding whenI lost something valuable and honestly was very empathetic when it came to giving me time to order and I’ve NEVER had that asa restaurant experience and neither has my fiancé. And when our Uber ride took longer than expected they didn’t kick us out,they worked with us and both the owner and the server made sure that both myself and my fiancé were comfortable and safe duringthis time. Worst wings I've ever had , frozen wings tossed into the fryer with sauce on it. Wings are suppose to be seasoned or marinated... and then the sauce afterwards, can definitely taste the blandness behind the sauce, also the veggies sticks were a joke soggycelery sticks size of my pinky finger that were sitting in water for days carrots not trimmed at all from the outside, not worththe price at all not even for half price. We arrived at 11pm and service was slow, to even be seated the hostess prefers to talk to the people in the back rather then... look for new people waiting for a table. Once seated our server took a little under 10minutes to get drink orders And littleover 5 minutes to bring is our drinks. We ordered deep fried pickles, a Nashville fried chicken sandwich and buffalo chickenwarp. The pickles came 15 minutes later a little over done and warm... It came with ranch that had left under a heat lamp toolong as it had soured and built up a crust. The actual food took another 20 minutes to arrive once it had gotten to the chickentenders in the wrap were cold. And lacked sauces of any sort. The sandwich i got lack sauce as well and toppings, our sideswere fries, now i have have been to many restaurants and worked in a few as well and we were served refried fries that underheat lamp and had soaked up all the oils in the fries. And we were told thats normally how they come. The manager did comp themeal for us and offered us dessert but we had just an awful experience and was late and had a long drive back to Cambridge wewould give the place another chance if we were closer but with the price of gas its not worth the money atm. August 26th just after 1pm. Stopped here for a quick bite and beer. Seating options and bar setup are great. Waitress was fast... and friendly. Ordered the app asian chicken nuggets. Came with some wontons, sesame, and cucumber, covered in a slightly spicythai sauce. Was very good, a perfect snack. Would of been five star visit but cant stand washrooms with touch taps and pullhandle to get out. Read more

I give a 1 star rating just because the waitress was polite and the establishmentis clean. Ate here numerous times only because... my partner enjoyed their wings..but regardless what we order off the menu, it's been nothing but disgusting! Yesterday I orderedfish and chips for my daughter and as you can see in the pic, this is what we got ???? which is the fries and which is the fish?Just terrible food all the time. Spent $130 and half the food was trash, chef skills are terrible, no flavour, burnt meals,etc. It's like we could've just walked in, handed $130 over to them and just walk right back out. We wanted to enjoy dine in and had plans for another restaurant that was nearby. However, that particular restaurant was booked... and so were the other restaurants in the plaza. Ultimately, we opted for Shoeless Joes and were surprised to find it completelyempty, on a Friday night nonetheless. After receiving the food I quickly came to realize why. For starters, my mojito mocktailwas subpar and the coconut shrimp were overwhelmingly sweet for an appetizer. For the entree, the crispy shrimp noodle bowlconsisted of only 5 relatively small shrimps on a bed of tasteless noodles. For a dish that costs $18, I found it to be aterrible price point. The only positive from our visit was our server, Daaniyal, who was polite and attentive throughout ourdining experience.
