Stood in line with one person ahead of me. The two staff members were busy making the order before me. Took them forever to... figure it out and when they were done the guy started working on his screen and just ignored my presence. Left without placingan order. Please get your coffee from a real Starbucks. Read more
Nice location. Staff are quick and friendly.
Big safety issue in the design of this table. It is very sharp and a narrow pass. Especially this is the point where people... stands waiting for pick up. My kid was picking the order and when people standing just moved a centimeter all of kid?s chest washit and scratched. I passed it to the gentlewoman who is on the shift. I hope they could react and cut or move the table andgive more space. This can be dangerous. Read more

Terribly slow service, and they don't serve any food. The lack of consistency with other Starbucks locations totally erodes... trust in this brand. Won't be shopping here again. Read more
Completely ignored my drink order. Asked for no foam, got a half cup full of foam. I?d rather drive to the drive-thru Starbucks... where my business is valued. The manager also seems very stressed out all the time and seems to get annoyed with having to greetthe customers. Her customer service is terrible. Read more
