The employees were not friendly! She used dirty gloves. It didn?t get any better when she dropped the store iPad on my sub? then... served it to me. I was already turned off that I had the sauce from the previous sub all over my meat from her old gloves thatshe didn?t change after touching everything behind the counter. Especially in Covid times after the communal iPad hit my sub,she should have offered to make a new one or if I cared. I will not be going back to this location. Read more

I`ve been here many times and never had 1 complaint. Everything always fresh and clean ! The staff here are all amazing and make... sure I get exactly what I want. A few of the girls here have even started to remember my order as I am a reg. I love tippingthem because a little TLC can make your food taste better, it goes along way. Nothing wrong with the staff or location but I find it pretty expensive a 6inch turkey sub and 6 inch chicken bacon ranch as... well as a footlong bmt with one cookie for my son.No drinks or chips. 28 bucks also turkey was the sub of the day. Read more
Worse customer service ever. I went at like 9:30 in the evening on July 30th and the girl didn?t even smile and when I asked for... toppings in my veggie sub she gave bad reaction like she was giving me free and ruined my sub . Don?t recommend to anyone Read more
Used to be great about a year ago when I first moved to the neighborhood. Now they are so cheap when they make your sandwiches.... A 12 inch Chicken teriyaki is supposed to be 2 full scoops of meat. THIS location puts one and tries to spread it across thesandwich. Cheap with vegetables as well. I've gone elsewhere within Milton and received way better in both portion and taste.Also, i had to specifically ask them to change gloves on several occasions when i ordered multiple meat vs vegetable sandwiches.This should be common sense. Such mixed emotions for this place. This is our local subway so I have visited this place often. Sometimes I have amazing staff... making my sub who listen patiently and make my sub exactly the way I wanted. That was not the case on Sunday, the person makingmy sub was very miserable, she was getting annoyed easily and she barely gave me sauces on the side as requested. Went in today to try the new tex-mex bread being advertised in store and on the windows. I was told they don't have it. Girl... behind the girl had a poor attitude and spoke indian to the other older woman. I will never come back to this location. Read more
