The restaurant was empty. 2 employees and myself. One employee was having lunch, no problem there. The other completely ignored... me. No one acknowledged that I was even there. As much as I enjoy the Sunshine salad, there?s always an ingredient missing. One time, it was the avocado (the only source of... fat in the salad), and yesterday, they neglected to add the bacon bits and pecans I paid for. My girlfriend (anaphylactic with a nut allergy) was served peanuts in her number 5 bowl after explicitly being told that it had... no nuts. She then asked for it to be remade and received it without the added chicken that had been paid for. Definitely not aplace to bring anyone with a severe allergy and terrible service all around. I?m sadden to have to leave such a poor review based on my service I had today. My mother and I walked into your facility and... ordered a #4 wrap with chicken and NO tomatoes and a quesadilla with ONLY red and yellow peppers. We were told in our previousvisit that we could get $10 off our next purchase from our points card. When we told the cashier she approached the other ladyworking that began to tell us to try using the $10 off next time that she?s training. We then began to tell her that a mangeradvised us to do this our next visit as the points system is changing. The lady walked away saying ?oh my god alright I?ll callmy boss.? As someone who works in customer service my mother and I both agreed that was an unnecessary response. After dealingwith getting the $10 off, we waited over 20 minutes for our order. My mom looked over and exclaimed she told her at the registershe only wanted peppers as it appeared the lady was putting all the ingredients on. The other lady told her just to pick outall the ingredients she didn?t want on the quesadilla. My mom stepped up and said may I please get a new wrap? They agreed andthe lady said don?t throw out that wrap use it for another order, after this wrap had ingredients already on it. Then afterremaking the wrap with only the ingredients my mother specified she placed it in the oven to where it bubbled up and she had tomake a new one all over again, but we ended up receiving the quesadilla not grilled and it was still very soft. Then when itcame to my wrap where I asked for no tomatoes, the lady confirmed I had wrap 4 and I said yes without the tomateos as she lookedin the wrap and said oh there?s tomatoes. She asked me if she could pick them out as I agreed that?s fine, only when I came homethere was still tomatoes in the wrap. We eat here whenever we can afford a delicious salad! We order if for lunch the whole office. Healthy and fresh. Pegasus bowl... with rice and chicken is my favorite. I got the salmon once, it was good, but not that I'd order it again unfortunately. Read more
I've been looking forward to trying this restaurant out for lunch. The bowl I ordered was delicious! You order at the counter... and sit and a staff member will bring it to you. The salad was full of fresh ingredients. The staff members were friendly. Therestaurant caters to vegans and those gluten-free. Being vegan I selected bowl #2 and would get it over and over again. The onlything was in regards to first impression: there were a lot of tables not cleared and cleaned, wasn't as tidy upon walking in. Iwill be back, looking forward to it!
